房間乾淨整潔，設施有點老舊基本就是美國老式酒店的標配。主要是離熱氣球的地方近，第二天一早就可以趕過去坐熱氣球比較方便

Booked two rooms. One room was ok, the second room was not cleaned from the previous occupant. Beer boxes, messy bed and trash still in room 321. Front desk clerk didnt seem to care as she was off the clock. No effort made to at least clean it or get another room. They knew the room wasnt cleaned as they knew who the housekeeper was. Never again. Avoid this property. Messy hallways, poor condioton rooms as well

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice to be greeted with a smile and care after a long day of traveling. Only suggestion is to fix shower curtain rod.

Arrived and they said they were overbooked! No rooms. Very dissatisfied. Had to find other hotel. Booked this hotel on Sunday.

Room cleaning banged on our door at 8:50am. We were still sleeping. Check out is 11am. Furniture was dirty and stained. Beds were comfortable. Shower handle broken and turned all the way to hot but only had lukewarm water.

The front desk person was the sweetest most welcoming person to date. Been in 4 hotels this week and this is the first time I was welcomed and felt it. It’s the small things ❤️

Initially, I was frustrated because I had to wait a long time to get any help but the front office lady Alejandra informed us they got overbooked which also left me more frustrated but she assured me that she was gonna find us a room which she did. She was amazing and friendly througout the entire stay. I would stay here again just for her hospitality.

Reception staff were excellent, Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. There was a lot of traffic noise unfortunately but overall a good experience
