The pool was freezing. Never more than one or two people in at a time because of the temperature. No water in the rooms. The receptionist when checking in were fantastic but when I left the man was extremely rude, lecturing me on being ready for my pick-up 15 minutes early (I was 10 minutes early). He continued to lecture me despite me explaining it is not his concern.

This is a lovely hotel and most aspects are faultless. Clean, relaxing, nice staff, some stunning food and room 704 was beautiful with sea views. However, there are 2 aspects which I would slightly criticise. Firstly this hotel was, when we stayed, primarily German guests and this was reflected in the food. They could cater for British tastes a little better. Secondly, and this is the biggest criticism is that the hotel is next to Havana nightclub and if your room is on the same side of Havana you will hear it until it shuts at 3am. We stayed in room 11 for one night and it was horrible. Cala Millor and Cala Bona are lovely resorts and come highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, Very clean and friendly staff. Quality of the food was excellent . Very quick service. Good location as a short walk to the beach and shops.

First time in Cala Millor, and left it fairly late to book too. We could not have chosen a better hotel even if we had researched first a week in advance. The location is perfect whether you want to shop local or walk up and down the coast. The hotel staff across the team were brilliant and made us feel as though we were returning guests. The buffet food at breakfast, lunch and dinner provided great variety and changed each day. The room looking out over the pool was roomy with plenty of wardrobe space, comfy beds, a safe and a small fridge with plenty of of room for 3 large bottles of water. Could not recommend it more and will certainly return in the future.

We have just returned from a week staying at this lovely hotel. Firstly we had a nice welcome of the reception staff very friendly. Our room was ready straight away, 3rd floor pool view which was nice. The room was nice very clean , really good powerful shower and shampoo and body wash. Beds were comfy. Safe deposit box is free to use. Room cleaned and towels everyday. The pool area was immaculate. The food in the restaurant was amazing 😍 lots of fresh meat and something for everyone. Bar staff were amazing bringing you drinks when they seen that you had finished. Lots of cocktails included in all inclusive. The weather for April was very good 😊 we can't wait to come back.

We loved our stay at Said Hotel. Friendly and hard working staff. More than enough drinks and food, our girls really liked the cocktails. Hotel is close to the beach and stores for shopping. We had a great holiday!

Here now on all inclusive, and would not rate this hotel as a 4 star ‘LUX’ as stated on the Jet2 website. We always choose LUX expecting a good standard of food, but so far we have been very disappointed. The meals are very similar every evening (pork) and not much choice - the poorest selection I’ve every experienced in any all inclusive. Also no a**osphere in bar or restaurant with no music! Looking to eat out eat of stay.

Nice hotel but food very very poor. We are here at the moment half-board and after the first night have defaulted to eating out. More like 3 star food. We ordered a pizza at the bar and asked for it without oregano and were told that it was not possible as they were just frozen pizzas. Outdoor pool is too cold to use. Staff are lovely and the hotel is very clean. So many better hotels in Cala Millor.

Very nice clean hotel in a very convenient part of Cala Millor. Would recommend. English folks should be aware that this Hotel caters mainly for German people, though this didn't deter from what is a nice hotel. All staff were extremely pleasant, especially the Receptionists. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and in general the outside area is lovely.
