I based all my answers on the staff, check in, and the room. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so there is construction dust in the unfinished areas, which included the lobby. But, the staff was excellent. She even came to my room to help me figure out the remote. The room is clean and crisp. Great experience so far.

They forgot to clean our room on the third night
The hotel is under renovation, and there is construction going on throughout the hotel which meant there’s a lot of noise always were a bad shape the room was in worship

Very nice staff, clean. They are renovating, we got a newly renovated room which was nice. The only downfall was, we were out of our room from 6 A.M. to 2P.M. We were in our room for 40 minutes from 2-2:40, to get changed. That was the only time they came to turn the room over. So we made our own beds and just took the used towels down to the maids. We were out of our room again until 11 PM that night. It would have been great to have the room turned over, but I understand how everyone is understaffed and bad timing for us!

The room we stayed in had likely been vomited in, and the smell was noticeable. When we asked the cleaning folks for something to mask the smell, it was not understood. We eventually acclimated to the odor and it was no longer noticeable, but every time we left and re-entered, the smell was back. Otherwise, decent stay. The fresh baked cookies were a plus!

After checking in we had to ask for a different room. We were next to a room that was very loud, never closed their door and was cooking on the counter.

We booked two nights to see family. The hotel is under renovation but we were never disturbed by noise and we had one of the rooms renovated and it was delightful.
