The service was excellent, the food very good, everything very clean and the facilities are in good condition. The location is excellent has many commercial premises nearby and food sales

Customer service is always good and staff is very accommodating

There wasn't the mountain view like the pics show. And the breakfast was just your normal breakfast.

My room was very adequate, and everything inside was functional, unlike with my last stay 2 months ago. Breakfasts were very good. The public desktop computer was very helpful for printing out my boarding pass and reading my emails, since I brought no devices with me on this trip. Just a short walk to a homestyle restaurant serving good food. A large shopping area is only about 4 blocks away.

Very clean stafd very friendly. Only bad thing was the hot tub was cold due to below freezing outside they couldnt get it warm

The property was nice. Nice rooms and facilities but pool looked closed early and lights were out by 9

Housekeeping didn’t clean my room or give me fresh towels it was comfortable clean upon arrival and the shower went from extremely hot to ice cold it would not find a middle ground.

It was a nice, quiet property. Exactly what you would expect from this type of hotel.

Very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool area clean with towels. Rooms were clean. And breakfast was fantastic.

Very comfortable hotel, I was able to check in, even though I didn’t get the floor I wanted it was ok, my room did have a humid weird stench but overall the room was clean so hey it wasn’t much to complain about .

Clean, comfortable room, nice and warm, especially in snowy weather. It felt friendly and welcoming. The staff members were all helpful and wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Aurora.

Set up booking for a friend staying in area - using a corner suite. Unit was roomy and clean. Guest really enjoyed the pool. Location was very convenient.
