Estuvimos tan solo una noche pero lo suficiente para recomendar este hotel. Las instalaciones y el desayuno fantástico, todo muy cuidado. El personal, tanto Eloísa como Yesica inmejorables. No dudaré en volver

Hotel situé a l'extérieur de Llanes dans une maison de 'indianos' (eg les emigrants espagnols qui avaient fait fortune aux Amériques normalement a leur retour au pays faisaient construire une belle demeure pour montrer leur opulence) qui a été entièrement rénovée. L'attention du personnel est très bonne et les chambres sont très bien. Seul hic, la salle de bains qui est une glacière en hiver suite à l'entrée de courant d'airs sur tout le pourtour des châssis de fenêtres qui pourtant semblent très récents. problème de qualité ou montage déficient?

Un lugar con mucha historia para conocer y disfrutar. Las habitaciones amplias y decoradas con gran gusto. El desayuno es espectacular. El parque tan cuidado y la vista preciosos. Agradecemos la esmerada, cálida y amable atención de Eloísa y Jésica.

Decepción total De 4 estrellas nada!!! 3 estrellas, está pegado a la nacional 634, se oye muchísimo el paso de los coches por la nacional En las fotos parece otra cosa, se ve la casa rodeada de naturaleza, cuando en realidad está al lado de la carretera

El hotel está muy bien, es elgante el trato muy bueno y el desayuno muy bueno también, el cuarto de baño, muy bien también, el hotel está genial, lo único que hay que puntualizar es que está muy lejos de Llanes y en una carretera, mirando la parte positiva, es que con el coche estás bien comunicado a otros puntos de interés.

La persona de recepcion (si una mesa, una silla, un ordenador se puede llamar recepcion) una mal educada y nada profesional. La habitación un horno inhabitable. Le da el sol todo el dia y NO TIENEN AIRE ACONDICIONADO, sólo un enorme ventilador k hace un ruido infernal. La verdad no hemos tenido narices de quedarnos. Cuando he explicado los motivos me han dicho k por la noche ya refrescaba y que en la terraza se estaba muy bien. Le he dicho pero no pretenderá k vaya a dormir fuera. A lo k ne tespondió cachondeandose k seria una buena idea. Hemos perdido todo el dinero porque te lo cobran una semana antes. Pienso que es la unica manera k deben tener de k los clientes no se marchen. Un 4 estrellas???? Ni dos! No se quien da las estrellas pero esta vez se ha equivocado totalmente. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, no vale la pena.

Estamos en la junior suite 16 con un calor insoportable, sin poder dormir y con el ventilador al maximo porque no deben de saber que hay aire portátiles que solucionarían la queja que hemos presentado dado que esto es inadmisible ocurra en un hotel de 4*. Lastima que no vieramos cuando decidimos venir, la reseña del 2019 de un cliente que se quejaba de lo mismo y eso que las temperaturas no eran las mismas que ahora. Claramente los responsables del hotel no han puesto los medios para evitar esto al menos en esta suite a la que le da el sol todo el dia y que no tiene toldos ni nada que impida que se alcancen estas temperaturas. Trato pésimo. Para que queremos el salón y la terraza si no hay quien pare aqui? Estamos fuera todo el dia obligados por esta situación porque se esta mejor fuera que dentro. Una vergüenza y una falta total de atencion a sus clientes. 0 de puntuación.

Hotel limpio, bien decorado y con habitaciones muy agradables. Está a pocos minutos en coche de varias playas, y del centro de Llanes. El personal fue muy agradable, la limpieza intachable y la experiencia muy buena. Es una casa indiana típica en un estado de conservación excelente, por lo que supone una oportunidad inmejorable para qued**** en un edificio muy singular.

No os dejéis engañar por las fotos. Están tomadas de forma que parece que el hotel tiene una gran zona de césped y que está en el campo con unas bonitas vistas a las montañas. Es cierto que se ven las montañas pero al otro lado de la carretera, que pasa justo por delante del hotel y tiene mucho tráfico. Y para que no falte detalle hay una gasolinera enfrente. Para salir corriendo, que es lo que hemos hecho aunque hemos perdido el dinero de las dos noches.
