This is a very good hotel. The rooms are large and well appointed. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is right across the street from a large shopping mall where you have access to mini-marts and some really good restaurants. Check for places to eat near you and the highly rated ones are in the food court. Calling it a food court does not do it justice as it is largely on an external patio with amazing views of the mountains. The only complaint I have is that the fitness center needs some serious rework. Its fine if you want to run on a treadmill, but the free-weights are a joke.

First off let me give KUDOS to Gregorio at the front desk. Polite, helpful and courteous. Although no other employees stood out, everyone was helpful and courteous. This would have been an EASY five star review for what is obviously a beautiful 5 STAR hotel, but there were small details that unfortunately are being overlooked. “Details make perfection, and perfection is not a detail.” There were no wash clothes in the bathroom and the bath towels and hand towels were worn and not of the same style or brand. The bath mat in the bathroom needed to be changed or at the very least trimmed from where the edges were falling apart. One of the biggest issues was the poor quality of toilet paper that was being used. Although the brand was Cottonelle by Professional, it was one-ply and was the texture of sandpaper. Not fun after 3 days. LOL Room 617 had beautiful views of the city, but was located close to the elevator and we could hear the random dings of the elevator.
