Other than the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff, there is nothing to recommend for this hotel. Room furnitures, air-conditioner, bathroom amenities are all very dusty, seems the room hasn't been cleaned in awhile. Chairs and closet drawers are broken. Towels were stained. No hair dryer provided in the room, we're only given one when we asked the front desk. Definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

我們是臨晨二點多到的有客服接待；無早餐
我把入住時間弄錯了，我是20凌晨入住應該定19到20號；我定成20到21號；我是20號下午的飛機，等於住了不到九小時花了兩天的費用
我們20號午間一點退房時希望酒店能退給我們一點費用，哪怕鐘點房也許，但被拒絕了，很遺憾

I flew in one day early to catch a Royal Caribbean cruise the next day. This location is about a mile from the terminal and Vagabond provided us a free shuttle. Very convenient location.

Property in convenient location to town. Condition of room is a bit worn down (tub glazing, towels, furniture). Wifi is reliable. Busy Street is a bit noisy if you have a room facing Gaffey St.

Someones hair left in the bathroom was a turn off.

Staff are friendly and helpful, room is clean but dated and are isn’t great but it’s close to the port and that was the point.

Check in was very easy. Young man at the desk was friendly, efficient. Motel is basic and a place to lay your head for a day or two. Price was fair. Bonus is the Asian restaurant next door. So good!

We waited about 10 min for someone to show up to check us in.. the gentleman was VERY nice.. room condition is very old.. towels old and very thin! We had to ask for hand towels and wash cloths beds really hard and pillows were terrible
