Friendly staff, warm place, quiet area, and the SPA! All makes the place the best choice to calm your mind and redefine your life goals! I love it and I definitely will visit it again! I’m not over reacting but I felt very sad when I left this hotel, but I promised myself to reward myself by coming back next year!

Great location with a wonderful staff. Heated pool and sauna were a treat. Breakfast was abundant with myriad options. Many thanks to Jennifer and the rest of the staff for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We hope to return someday!

This hotel was an amazing stay during our Honeymoon. It had great amenities (the saunas and indoor/outdoor pool were a personal favourite!), really delicious food, and excellent service from front staff, waiters, and the managers themselves! They offered many activies and events for the guests (welcome party, harpist during dinner, walking guides, bus passes for the area). It's perfect location for the chairlifts/gondolas up to the mountains and just a walk away from the bus station and city centre. We would be booking again if we find ourselves in the Dolomites again!

The hotel is in an excellent location within easy short walks to the cable cars and Main Street . The staff went out of their way to assist even helping with special dietary needs . Delicious, plentiful breakfast and dinner. Strongly recommend this hotel .

This old-established, family-run hotel has it all. Very comfortable rooms, very courteous and helpful staff, excellent facilities - and some of the best food we've ever had the pleasure of eating. The location is also good as it is right in the centre of Ortisei. What could we want for more?

Highly recommend. Spacious rooms, excellent pool and spa facilities. The food was very good and the service was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly. Also, it was in a great location in the heart of the Dolomites. We went on a 3 hour eBike tour and it was spectacular.

We adored our stay here ! The place was charming and the staff was incredible. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and we received all the care, attention, and service as you could imagine ! The location is one point, you can bath and go to sauna with the view on the mountains, it is the dream

Great location, easy communication with the main attractions of the village. The cuisine was delicious, various dishes and wine list. The rooms could have been more spacious. Room service at a satisfactory level. The staff was very helpful and cordial. I can wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

Friendly and helpful staff, simple but clean and comfortable rooms. Complimentary ski guide and hiking/snow show guide was wonderful for our mixed ability and activity family group. Very good breakfast and good choice for dinner. Complimentary afternoon snacks and drink a nice way to come in after being out all day, or a relaxed way to start an evening. Fab spa, indoor/outdoor pool and sauna. Perfect for relaxing. Came home glowing and revived and can't wait to go back.
