โรงแรมพร้อมบาร์ที่ดีที่สุดใน San Lazzaro

The check- in was terrible. The lady that checked me in had no clue on how to treat customers. She had no name tag on the uniform and she didn't share her name. She asked me to pay again even if I told her that I had a voucher showing my payment. Only after 15 minutes she realized she had made a mistake but she didn't apologize. I paid also the 2 euro being a non resident but she was pissed and arrogant the entire time and did not provided info on how to get to the room. Her colleague instead was very pleasant and she gave us directions followed by a nice smile. For the rate of the room, it would have been nice to find a pair of sleepers there. The hotel location was very nice, quiet and pleasant with a free parking. The bed was very comfortable, the room was new but not very clean. The carpet was dirty and the floor in the bathroom was scratched. The glass door of the wardrobe was super heavy and uncomfortable to open. The phone on the side of the bed was very dirty and the bottons to call the front desk or to digit other room numbers and/or to make calls were too small. The card to open the door room was difficult to use. The restaurant was not available. The breakfast was ok. The pancakes and the cappuccino were fresh, the rest wasn't.

Soggiorno diverse volte per lavoro, rispetto al primo giorno che sono stata è cambiato in meglio, forse la bella stagione ha portato cambiamenti! Stanze con letti comodissimi, da rivedere un pochino la pulizia nelle camere per la polvere, stanze con climatizzatore automatico o manuale è il top. Migliorato anche il ristorante, ragazzi simpatici e gentili oltre che veloci nel servizio. Colazione a buffet ottima e per ogni gusto! Il migliore in cui ho soggiornato fin'ora.
