The room was not a 4-star room. I would rate it as a 2. So old. Smells and looks old. Everything made of metal is covered in rust, lamp shades are all broken. Many surfaces including the bathroom mirror were dirty. Disappointing that the rooftop restaurant was closed the whole time.

I love everything about this hotel, only problem the smart TV don’t work only regular boring channels

Hotel staff all very friendly in particular Ann-Marie who did her best as our room was not ready for check -in at 3pm we had to wait an hour, my parents we very tired and fell asleep by the sofa by the pool area. Ann-Marie provided a complimentary breakfast for but I would have been happier if the room was ready on time as I was not happy that my parents in the 80’s had to have a snooze outside! But apart from this we had a pleasant stay.

Excellent staff and excellent service. Room was large and view was remarkable. Since hotel was under renovation, our room door was a bit hard to open. Also room had no microwave. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will return.

I loved the concern and personal attention of the staff. They were awesome and I was definitely
impressed by their level of professionalism, dedication and the way they made my stay enjoyable and comfortable. The food was also very tasty and delicious. Rooms were very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable.
