bathtub and toilet were clogged , ask to get it unclogged and they never sent anyone , when they did the problem persisted . They offered us to switch to a different room but we were already checking out soon but it was nice of them to offer that.

1. The property is located in a neighborhood that is not safe at night.
2. There is no parking but you must park before you check in. I called the hotel and the night-desk woman told me to park between two trees (?); there were several trees and no parking.
3. You must provide a $100.00 deposite in case there is damage to the room; reimbursed 5 to 7 days after.
4. The parking is two streets away in front of the hotel and the desk person has to open it from her desk. I had to call her to let me out (when I hit there and left).
5. The parking is extremely dark and you’re supposed to find the numbers although they are tinny numbers, not in sequence and can’t see them at night; I had to park several times and use my phone flashlight to seek the numbers. As a woman alone in that dark place, I felt unsafe.
6. The mattress was extremely hard.
Other than that, the hotel is cute and clean.

Decent room with a nice view of the water/beach. Spacious. Hot water only lasted 10 minutes. Toilet needed a double flush every time. Towels seemed to be scarce. 3.5/5⭐️

No smoke detector, broken refrigerator, first room had horrible odor, noisy neighbors both nights, promised service not provided.

We loved that we felt near the old town, but not in a resort part of town. The eating options nearby were fantastic. The parking was a little hard to figure out when arriving in the middle of the night. It’s not someplace you would hang out for the day but as a base for all explorations near San Juan we thought it was a good location.

Only 2 towels and no extra blankets. Not a fan of wndow A/C though it works fine. Toilet buts up against a wall so unless you are under 5' tall you sit sideways. Beds are quite uncomfortable. Great location with many rerstaurants, cinema, grocery store, coffee shops nearby.
