The room was very comfortable and clean with a lovely view, the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. Amazing breakfast in the morning! The hotel is also a short walking distance from The Sanctuary of St Padre Pio, very convenient.

This hotel is so conveniently located just at the end of the avenue leading to the Monastery and churches of St Pio. Spotlessly clean and an atmosphere of great welcome by the staff in this hotel. Especially Francesco who went out of his way to make our stay so special. He could not have done more and my sister and I were most grateful. The bar staff also were so accomodating and the bar was open from early morning if one was so inclined :)

If I could give this zero stars I would. The air conditioning did not work and it was hot. The front desk staff was VERY rude and did not speak English, which is fine, but if they are going to cater to Americans, somebody should speak English. The shower didn’t work. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The only good thing about it was that the people in the restaurant for breakfast were very kind. They didn’t speak English either, but they tried and they were very kind. Breakfast was horrible. I would never stay at this hotel again and they promised me a quiet room, but it was very loud.

Front desk was very helpful, called me a taxi, and we have a good lunch at the restaurant. Room was clean , very close to the city center and the church of padre pio .... ......................................m.....mm...................

Great location for visit to St Padre Pio sanctuary. Hotel is big and spacious, and they were able to provide separate breakfast rooms for tour groups and independent travellers, which is great. Will definately stay here if i visit again. Parking is easy if you’re driving.

Great hotel! The staff is very friendly. We’ve been staying at this hotel my family and I. Every time we go, it never disappoints. The room was very Clean. It’s at a walking distance from San Padre Pio Church. I’ll definitely recommend it.

The room was great and plentiful. The view was beautiful and enjoyed the amenities available. Close to shops and restaurants with a diversity of food options. Plenty of friendly shop owners in the area. I highly recommended this hotel to others.
