This may be a different review, but I wanted to be simple and straightforward so it can be helpful to future guests so they can be prepared for what to expect.
CONS:
- Besides what I had paid online, I was also charged $50,000 Colombian pesos during the check-in for a supposed "insurance of the hotel."
- The reception staff was nothing nice and had a terrible attitude. Bad customer service.
- The WiFi range did not reach the room. We had to sit in the lobby or on the couches outside of the room to use the internet.
- There was no place and nothing to hang our cloths.
PROS:
- The cafeteria staff are more friendly and nicer than the receptionist.
- The daily breakfast was delicious.
- The hotel is within short walking distance from the beach, stores, pharmacies, restaurants, banks and more.
- The housekeepers were such great people and they used to leave the room impeccable. I give them 10 out of 10.
I hope the management team receive these feedback well and hopefully they can improve them.

Excelente hotel, bien ubicado, la atención de sus empleados es uno A, vale la pena repetir la experiencia de visitar este hotel más adelante. Además lo que uno necesita, es comodidad, las habitaciones con sus camas son muy cómodas, en cuanto a la alimentación, variada y excelente, me gusta esta hotel y mucho.

Lo que más nos gusto es la vista a 360 grados en el restaurante y su comida, nos fue muy bien. Era el cumple de nuestra abuela y queríamos un hotel no tan caro pero muy bien ubicado que nos permitiera a todos caminar a la playa cuando deseáramos ir al mar sin tener que caminar largas distancias. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero apenas para lo que se requiere, buenas camas, a varios de la familia les toco las habitaciones con balcón. A mi personalmente me encanta la comida de mar y la verdad la preparan muy bien. Nos regalaron la vuelta a la isla, un velero y el tour al acuario porque el hotel es como socio de la empresa de tours, disfrutamos mucho la vuela a la isla y el acuario. La Isla como siempre maravillosa con ese mar espectacular.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena a pocos pasos de la playa principal, la comida muy variada y de muy buena sazón. Nosotros compramos un plan con las tres comidas y el Hotel obsequia tres tours los cuales fueron una experiencia muy chévere. El personal es amable en general nos fue muy bien.

Pessoal muito amável e solícito, mas a estrutura do hotel é horrível. Nos cederam um dos melhores quartos, mofado, sem frigobar, cofre, sem wi-fi nos quartos, chuveiro sem agua quente e banheiro caindo aos pedaços. Abandonamos o hotel e o trocamos após a primeira noite. Fotos totalmente enganadoras. Café da manhã horroroso. Localização muito boa, mas não compensa.
