"After waiting over 15 minutes outside the locked gate someone finally came, they could not find our reservation, as check in time was 3 (we arrived at 1:30) the employee made us sit there till 3:15 even tho there were plenty of rooms ready, there are 4 dogs roaming the property, nice dogs but the smell of poop was everywhere, once we got to the room it was clear that this room was not clean, the mirrors were so dusty, the closet was falling apart, the bathroom was filthy and the 2 towels we received were soo old and dingy, all the employees were sitting around, one was mopping downstairs, phone in 1 hand, mop in the other, the mop water was so gross, we were only here for transit otherwise I would have left this place, the common areas had cheap fake flowers everywhere, we asked if there was a place to get a hamburger close she said we have to go to centro, after walking just about 5 mins there were several restaurants close by, I would not stay at this property again"

"The place is very well located, with a stunning ocean view facing a small beach. It's close to everything: mini-markets, restaurants, attractions, and public transportation. It offers good value for money. The host, Mr. Taga, is a truly wonderful person! A kind, helpful, considerate, and generous islander, he's a great conversationalist and very proud of his island. He's so welcoming that you feel like you've known him your whole life, all within the bounds of respect, of course. Room 12 has the basics you need: a clean bed and bathroom, a fan, and a refrigerator. The real bonus is the balcony with a hammock, table and chairs, the view, and the sound of the sea and the wind. There are a few minor details that could be improved, but out of gratitude, I mentioned them to Mr. Taga, and because they weren't major issues, I was able to resolve them."
