We had two rooms. “Queen Beds”. The bed was extremely small. Might have been a full size. We arrived at midnight so can only comment on breakfast. Food was fine but typical oatmeal, eggs, sausage, egg sandwiches. Shuttle at airport was a no show. Had to use Uber. Did use shuttle to return to Hertz the next day. Ok for one night. Extra $20 fee for no gods reason added to bill for each room.

The hotel was poorly maintained. The first room they put us in had no air conditioning. The cleaning staff never fully cleaned the room. The pool was closed. I wish i could give a negative score. Worst Marriott Residence I have ever stayed in. Avoid!!!!!

Location near the airport is perfect (shuttle is a bonus), employees were extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are great size, especially with the living room area, and everything was clean. Great stay!

It was just terrible, from breakfast to staff I was not IMPRESSED, I hope they just realize it's horrible to be this ruse to paying customers, I usually love Marriott this one by far is a hit or miss .

Really nice, clean property close to the airport. Was undergoing some major renovations when I stayed, yet the whole property was nice and quiet. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast spread was right on the money. It was a great place to stay before carrying onto Idaho the following day. Only downside is that the airport shuttle is shared among a group of hotels and it took over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport because they were just so incredibly busy.

❤️Love the Residence in Salt Lake City❤️ Left a horrible experience at another hotel where someone went through my belongings and took a significant amount of money so I left. Residence Inn. Great experience, great staff and felt very safe. The minute you walk in it’s very clean updated with lots of natural light in the lobby. Great courtyard area with tables and grill, tennis, indoor swimming pool and well equipped gym. Only down side is I have a service dog Medical alert not emotional support and both the young lady and her manager Insisted that this hotel charges for even service dogs I showed her that Marriott doesn’t and it’s part of the American Disabilities act and she said she would have to speak to her manager. I was charged $100 and I’ve been here two days and still no word from her manager. Other then pet hiccup it’s a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the room is very comfortable and spacious.

Front desk staff is very kind and helpful! The suite room is super comfortable and large enough to be in for more of a long-term stay. Having access to a full-size fridge, microwave, oven, stove, and utensils is very very nice.
