These apartments are ideal with regards to location, conveniently close to everything. Our apartment was on the 5th floor front facing, I honestly didn't sleep a wink due to the fact that the property is situated on the busiest roundabout in Salou, traffic noise non stop 24/7. The Lazy Wave bar/restaurant on the ground floor is ideal for food & drinks. Front desk reception staff friendly and helpful. There's a Michael Angelo Supermarket directly across the street, they also have a bakery attached serving fresh baked goods and excellent coffee, it's a little more expensive for groceries however there's a great supermarket literally 3 min walk around the corner from Cye. All in all Cye apartments are ideal apart from the outside noise..

We stayed here with a large group of friends, Montse. I hope i got your name right. You were excellent, and thank you for your patience. lol we had an issue with a party member but was dealt with amicably and very professionally. As for the hotel . The pool was top-notch and cold, but i like that . Bar was decent , and the food was average .but being a chef myself, I am critical.there is a quiz karaoke and bingo on Each night The rooms were fabulous, very spacious and clean , and the bed I found very comfortable. There is everything we needed the shower head needs replaced but again .that's materialistic. Reception girls are really on point and fantastic to work with. For me, it is a great place and will return (with my family next time ) .thank you .

We had an incident on reception with a woman called Montse she was very unprofessional and uncaring very nasty lady. Two ladies Sandy & Angela were very helpful with the situation we were in.

Location was great, close to beach, markets, trains & buses. Taxis outside door. Also had 'seated scooters' available if required for mobility issues. Staff were great, helpful and very pleasant. Room was self service, clean and comfortable. It had loo roll, shower gels and washing up liquid in place on arrival. Plenty of towels. On day 3 the cleaners came to restock for us. Comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets. Wifi a little spotty on occassion. Decent size balcony. Some noise from the bar near by but nothing crazy. Ate in the resturant once but steak not done correctly. Would definately go back.

Beds were a little uncomfortable which is why we didn't give it 5* Pool was fab Staff were friendly, helpful. Slightly noisy with karaoke 🎤 on the evening but ... It didn't matter really Fabulous location Everything you need in the rooms Shower was good. Bath was a bonus for my little one No kettle in our room But boiling water on the stove was just as simple. All in all great base. Clean, comfy plenty of room, friendly staff not much else you need

Upgraded our room on arrival and bought the coffee pods from the supermarket so had lovely coffee each morning. The balcony was also wrap around so we had 2 sunbeds which we used as it got the sun all day Only downside was the noise echoing round the complex and especially the bins early morning. Loved The Lazy Wave and the location was good for the old town and plenty of eateries

We've just returned from a lovely holiday in Salou. We visit twice a year and have stayed in lots of different places, but this was our first time trying CYE Aparthotel. We were really impressed with the setup at CYE. The apartments are refurbished and have everything that you need. The staff are also really friendly and helpful. The only thing that let it down for us was the noise from the neighboring apartment block, which is totally outside of CYE's control. We rarely slept without being woken up several times due to people shouting.

We’ve just returned from a week long break. Fantastic place to stay and very comfortable. We had the terrace room , it has a huge outdoor space. It’s very well stocked with everything you would need if you were eating or spent a lot of time in the apartment. It’s very central to everything and everywhere. It’s absolutely spotless clean and staff are very friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.
