To start positive the concierge was very helpful and pleasant. But the room was well over 30C when we entered and the air conditioner did nothing except condense water which landed on the floor and led to the formation of a a small lake by the morning on the plastic floor. Given the appearance, this was not the first time and probably explained the strong smell of mould. We had to open the door to the corridor to be able to get air and sleep. Breakfast was fine.

De passage pour une nuit, j'ai reçu un excellent accueil. Le patron a fait tout son possible pour me faire une assiette alors que le restaurant était fermé. Tout est fait pour satisfaire le client. Chambre très propre et climatisée. Une adresse à retenir.

Nous avons trouvé l’hôtel fermé nous avons attendu 2h avant de repartir et de réserver ailleurs. Donc pas dormi dans l’hôtel. Nous n’avons toujours pas été remboursé maigres les démarches nombreuses. Très mécontents

Malgré un gros couac sur ma reservation, l'hôtelier à clairement assumé et a tout mis en oeuvre pour réparé son erreur.
Les personnes ont été agréables mais il y a des points à améliorer (organisation, ménage, sanitaire pas propre...).
Je leur souhaite de réussir dans la réhabilitation de leur établissement, idéalement positionné, il y a du travail...
