L’hôtel est très facile d’accès sur une zone avec beau de restaurants ouverts le soir. L’accueil a été très agréable. L’hôtel est bien tenu, chambres très propres. La literie est de bonne qualité, nous avons bien dormi. Le Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, le café est bon!!

Rapport qualité prix très correct.
Des difficultés pour accéder à la chambre réservéeet payéeàl'avance. Obligé d'appeler un numéro payant pour que le gérant nous accueille, pas vraiment chaleureusement...30 minutes avant de rejoindre la chambre vers 23 heures.

A mon arrivée la personne ne trouvait pas ma réservation et voulait me changer d'hôtel. Ensuite la directrice a trouvé une chambre libre. Propreté à revoir.

Hôtel propre situé ds zone commerciale. Personnel aimable. Réclamé 2eme serviette de toilette remise sans problème. Petit déjeuner normal. Hotel réservé car à proximité de maison de retraite pour visite . D'habitude hôtel ibis réservé face à gare sncf nord à proximité jardin des Plantes.

Chambre, désastreuse, trou de mégots au sol, accompagné d’une odeur de de tabac, dans toute la pièce, ce qui est insupportable, avec bien sur les draps incrusté de l’odeur de tabac. J’ai pourtant demandé à l’accueil un changement de chambre, en échange, j’ai eu un spray pour les mauvaises odeurs. Je suis très déçu de payer une chambre dans des conditions pareilles. Je déconseille fortement l’hôtel.
