We had a family room which was spacious enough for the purpose. We were surprised that it had a second toilet and very comfy beds. Our experience of family rooms has usually been that they are adequate but this was great. Miss 14 loved the hot water pressure which is a resounding endorsement. I was disappointed to read the sign at breakfast about not packing and the feeling of being watched but I also appreciate why it has to be said.

Decent rooms, excellent service and great food and drinks. There is a fabulous, spacious and clean wellness area. Go there to experience it yourself ! Small but large enough rooms, many of them with balcony with great mountain views. Like all hotels in Saas Fee there you need to walk approx 10 min from parking garage, there is also a pick-up service.

Une très belle expérience - une chambre avec une belle vue, qu'on a pu occuper à l'arrivée, le soir un excellent dîner avec un service très agréable, souriant, accuillant - parfait à refaire Transferts parfait: On nous a cherché tout de suite au parking, puis à la fin du séjour on nous a ramené

Das Hotel Europa ist auch das perfekte Ski-Ferien-Hotel mit Skibus, Lagerraum in der Nähe der Bahnen und seiner Lage mitten im Dorf. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Angebot im Restaurant ist abwechslungsreich und fein gekocht. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist "frisch-freundlich-fröhlich". Auch im günstigeren Annex* hat es einen Bademantel im Zimmer und einen Innen-Zugang zum Spa. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder !!

Excellent Hôtel, les chambres sont grandes et très propre. Le personnel est super et parle le français. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment bien et il y a de tout. Il est bien placé. Le personnel nous accompagne au départ des remontées mécaniques. Je recommande vivement.

Service de transport parfait depuis et vers le parking ainsi que vers et depuis les remontées mécaniques. Chambre bien équipée, Douche italienne super pratique, environnement très calme, petit déjeuner très varié et complet. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans un cadre chaleureux et moderne. Le spa est actuel et très bien agencé. La chambre était grande, la salle de bain moderne et très propre et la vue du balcon magnifique!

Come sempre un hotel di ALTISSIMO livello, le 3 stelle che ha , dovrebbero essere 5. Pulizia ECCEZIONALE, CORTESIA al massimo sia da parte della proprietà, sia da parte di tutto lo STAFF. La colazione fenomenale, il cibo della cena SUPERBO, lo Chef sa lavorare materie prime di qualità, mantenendo le ricette con i veri sapori di una volta. SPA molto accogliente e pulita, insomma, per una sana vacanza di relax a SAAS FEE, coccolati, bisogna arrivare all'hotel EUROPA. Grazie a tutti e un GRANDE SALUTO A DANIELA SUKENIKOVA

Sehr geräumiges Doppelzimmer mit nettem Balkon, modernes Badezimmer, ein ausgiebiges, reichhaltiges, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, einwandfreies WLAN; und dies alles zu einem wirklich super-guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Absolut zu empfehlen!
