โรงแรมใกล้ Garden Center "Schiebroek"ในรอตเตอร์ดัม

เราเข้าพักที่ The James 5 คืน เมื่อกลางเดือนกรกฎาคม เป็นโรงแรมที่ดี - ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ที่ สามารถเดินไปยังสถานีรถไฟ ร้านอาหาร และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวได้ ห้องพักที่เราพักมีขนาดที่ดีและจัดไว้อย่างสวยงาม เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแพคเกจ เราใช้จักรยาน 2 คัน เต็มวัน เราเอาจักรยานออกไปในวันที่ 19 กรกฎาคม เพื่อขี่รอบๆ Kinderdijk ซึ่งห่างจาก waterbus ประมาณ 20 กม. จักรยานคันนึงรู้สึกช้าตั้งแต่แรกแต่เราอ้างอิงปัญหาคือยางที่แบนลง น่าเสียดายที่ไม่ใช่ปัญหา มันทําให้เสียงปิงดังเมื่อใส่กลับเหมือนเป็นการถอยหลังออกจากราวจักรยานบนเรือเฟอร์รี่ ถีบก็หมุนฟรีทันทีที่เราเริ่มขี่เมื่อเราลงจากเรือเฟอร์รี่ ผมอีเมล์แจ้งเรื่องทางโรงแรมทันทีแต่ไม่ได้ยินเสียงอะไรกลับมาอีกครึ่งชั่วโมงกว่า มีคนท้องถิ่นชี้เราไปร้านจักรยาน ห่างออกไป 2 กม. และลงเราไป นี่เป็นวันที่ร้อนสุด (39 C) ที่ประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ได้สัมผัสมาในทศวรรษที่ผ่านมาและเรามีการครอบคลุมเกือบ 60 กม. จึงต้องการเริ่มต้นก่อนหน้านี้ เมื่อทางโรงแรมอีเมล์กลับมาให้เราได้อยู่ที่ร้านจักรยานแล้วเพื่อซ่อมแซมมัน ไม่มีทางที่เราจะรออีกชั่วโมงหรือ2กว่าที่ทางโรงแรมส่งความช่วยเหลือให้ ช่างก็ผิดหวังกับสภาพของจักรยานมากที่เขาบอกว่าโรงแรมควรจ่ายค่าซ่อมแซมและเขาอาจจะโทรหาเขาถ้ามีคําถามใดๆ ฟร้อนท์แจ้งว่าซัพพลายเออร์จักรยานของเค้าน่าจะจ่ายค่าซ่อมให้เรากลับ แต่ 3 อาทิตย์ต่อมาเราก็ยังรออยู่ จุดคือ ผมเอาจักรยานมาจากโรงแรม ไม่ใช่ซัพพลายเออร์ของเค้า โรงแรมใดที่เหมาะสมก็จะชดเชยลูกค้าและจัดการกับซัพพลายเออร์เอง ดิฉันจะไม่หงุดหงิดเกินไปกับการสูญเสีย 35 ยูโร แต่นี่แสดงให้เห็นถึงการบริการลูกค้าที่แย่มากกับโรงแรมนี้ าม อาจจะพักที่นั่นแล้วก็น่าจะOK ตราบใดที่ไม่มีอะไรผิดปกติ

สะอาดสุดๆ. สถานประกอบการใหม่ล่าสุด สุดยอดพนักงาน. รองรับมาก พื้นที่ส่วนกลางที่ง่ายและสนุกสนานสำหรับการนั่งอ่านหนังสือ ท่องเว็บ สนทนา หรือฟังเพลง ที่จอดรถราคาไม่แพงในบริเวณใกล้เคียง รูปแบบห้องพักที่ยอดเยี่ยมพร้อมราคาและตัวเลือกตามลำดับชั้น ตั้งแต่ห้องพักไปจนถึงห้องพักพร้อมห้องน้ำส่วนตัว พ็อดมีอ่างล้างหน้าที่ใช้ร่วมกันหลายอันที่สะอาดสำหรับล้าง/แปรงฟัน ห้องน้ำสะอาด ล็อคและล็อคห้องอาบน้ำฝักบัวแยกต่างหากพร้อมสบู่ที่ให้มา เช่นเดียวกับที่คุณจะพบในห้องออกกำลังกาย/อุปกรณ์กีฬาสุดหรู ห้องพ็อดมีขนาดเท่าที่พบในโรงแรมบูติกในนิวยอร์คบางแห่ง แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่งสำหรับจุดราคาที่คุณไม่สามารถเอาชนะได้ ติดกับย่าน Witte อันทันสมัย

We stayed here as 2 friends for 2 nights. Positives - The communal area is bright, airy and modern - The staff were very friendly and helpful - The hotel allowed us to keep our bags there once we'd checked out before our train home - The hotel is relatively well positioned in the city, about a 15 minute walk away from the centre - The air con was a real positive! Cons - The room itself reminded us of a room in a hostel. It was relatively basic (no chair, a tiny TV) - There were some very questionable stains on the way into the room (it looked like someone had vomited prior to our arrival). There were also some stains on the skirting board by the bedhead. - The room was not ready at 3pm when we arrived and we had to wait about half an hour for it to be ready. Overall it was pretty cheap so we couldn't complain too much but it'd be nice to have the stains rectified for future guests!

Great stay - my first time staying in a hostel and I really enjoyed the experience. Everything is very modern and convenient. The location is great and walking distance from lots of tourist attractions and yummy food spots. The hostel is situated in a very vibrant community area, so it can get quite noisy but once you’re inside your hub you don’t hear anything! The hubs themselves are cute and the bed is super spacious - you get the option of a bottom or top hub, I recommend a top hub if you want to feel slightly more comfortable. The hubs have Bluetooth speakers, an app to control lighting and to speak to the host for any issues. My hub was clean but not as clean as I thought it would be, there were some marks on the side, random hairs and the air-con vent was very very dusty. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. You have a wristband that allows you to charge things to your hub, lock up your belongings and open your hub door which I thought was very handy! I really enjoyed my stay and it was a great first hostel experience, would definitely stay with CityHub again as it was a bargain!
