Pros: friendly staff, clean, central location Cons: thin walls, tired facilities

The breakfast is super!! Despite a 15 EUR extra, it is a good strategy for hotel to separate it from room fee, otherwise it is too expensive. But the floor height is low and room kinda small, if you add breakfast fee together, the value for price is not as high as the business hotel nearby called Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam. Nice little garden. Good to stay a night or so, but not much of a resort stay. 24/7 check in/out not a problem. The staff are warm. 5-10 stairs to carry the suitcase by yourself to the elevator and front door.

Good location, walkable from Rotterdam central station but also only a few steps away from the tram stop which goes directly to the station. Quiet location with lots of restaurant options around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though I asked a stupid question about why I needed the elevators to get to my room on the first floor (in North America first floor = ground floor), the receptionist was patient in explaining to me. They also helped answer questions about transportation around the city. It’s a great value property.

This hotel has been my favorite stay while traveling over Europe. The staff was amazing. Bike rentals through the hotel were super easy, and the breakfast was incredible.

Visited for Champions League game-hotel was good location to city centre- very friendly staff

We loved this hotel. There was a warm welcome and we had a beautiful family room with outdoor space accessible from it. The room was really well-equipped with a coffee machine that made lovely coffee, hair dryer and loads of towels. Location was fantastic with easy access to the city sights. Really recommend this hotel.

Arrived early, were very accomodating. Lovely, tranquil outside courtyard. Beds comfortable. Room was larger than we had expected. Staff very friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel: good value for your money. Superfriendly staff, nice breakfast, good beds, clean room and there were parking facilities (€20 per day; Rotterdam parking is €5 an hour). Would def recommend and come back.

Room was very clean and large! We had a small terrace balcony, which was delightful! Breakfast was plenty and delicious. Very accommodating for our early arrival. Assisted us when we needed a taxi. Overall, excellent stay

Newly renovated hotel in a historic building. The ceiling of the room was amazing. Stuff are very friendly and let us check in earlier. Location is very convenient for major attractions. Will come back again.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location and is a home away from home. Beds were so comfy, staff were very helpful and the area is quiet. Will stay here next time I’m in town!
