"Disappointing Experience at Twinkle Hotel, Hangzhou
My stay at Twinkle Hotel in Hangzhou left me with mixed feelings. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. However, several aspects of my experience were quite disappointing, enough that I regret my decision to stay there.
Upon arrival, I found the front desk staff to be somewhat indifferent. While they efficiently checked me in, their lack of warmth and smiles made them appear disinterested in guests' experience.
One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was its advertised pool. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel doesn't have a pool of its own. Instead, guests are directed to a nearby pool club, which, to its credit, was nice. However, the hotel misrepresents the pool service; they only provide a one-time ticket for the entire stay. If you wish to use the pool again on another day, you must pay an additional 128 RMB. This crucial information was not disclosed during booking, which I consider to be deceptive advertising.
Another disappointment was regarding a promised free gift of digital version pictures, as stated in the booking. When I inquired about this at the front desk, they claimed to have no knowledge of such an offer. This inconsistency added to my frustration and left me questioning whether the fault lies with the booking app or the hotel itself."
