"The check-in experience was very pleasant and quick. Enor and Harsh were friendly and professional. We were given a high floor as requested and upgraded to a double bed without being asked. The room had a good view of the city and had everything one needs and expects from a hotel when on holiday. Breakfast had a huge spread. More asian and salad options would be great. There were some healthy choices, skimmed milk and Indian masala tea too. The hotel looks good from the outside with 26 floors, a clean swimming pool, a gym and an elevator that gives you a view through glass. It had an event for NYE too. We saw a lot of people partaking in it. It is an easy walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj. There are 2 convenience stores nearby, a cafe inside and easy to get taxis (Bolt, Careem, Uber). Jabed who cleaned our room well was cordial and professional and checked on our needs. Overall, we had a great stay, better than expected after reading older reviews. The staff that work here are friendly and want to help, including the breakfast staff. I left some minor written suggestions with the lady at the desk when we checked out at noon on Thursday. I love the Millennium brand hotels and Millennium Central Downtown can go from great to extraordinary! I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Veronica"
"I book this hotel stay for my mom and brother. They really enjoy the stay and the srrvice staffs are very friendly. We are especially in awe because they have really big swimming pool that is overlooking the beach. The view is impressive!"
"Stayed at the hotel on multiple occasions. Overall, it is an excellent property in a great location, with a mall, metro station, and several restaurants within close proximity and just a few minutes’ walk. The overall experience and service have been very good.
Special Mention:
Shiam and Bilal from the housekeeping team deserve special appreciation. They were extremely patient and accommodating, especially as we repeatedly requested delayed room cleaning due to back-to-back office meetings. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and their service was impeccable. Despite being quite young, they demonstrated a level of professionalism that exceeds many with years of experience in similar roles.
Area of Concern:
Unfortunately, our experience with a Care Service team member named Rose was disappointing. She was extremely rude and lacked basic professionalism and hospitality. We had requested a late check-out until 4:00 pm due to a midnight flight. The reception staff courteously approved a late check-out until 2:00 pm and advised us to check again later for availability. When I contacted Care Services, Rose answered the call and was consistently rude, refused to transfer the call to reception, and offered no assistance.
The incident has been shared in detail with the hotel manager, and I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure such unprofessional behaviour is not repeated."
