The staying was great overall, they have a nice breakfast and the a friendly environment.
The place is almost 15 walk from Metro and you can find easily staff around

Excellent staff, very kind
Place is very pleasant and the room clean and tidy.
Bed aren’t Excellent but good, was two double joined and pillow are a bit bulky ana bit tough for my need, didn't tried ask for any replacement, probably my bad.
I am greatly satisfied

It was nice overall for us. It was perfect in the area we picked. You can walk to the Vatican if you wanted, Grocery Store, Restaurants, etc. Everything close by was perfect for us.

Our room was very clean. The beds were hard as a rock but the shower was hot and great pressure. We got off the train one block from the hotel so it was a very wasy walk

The bath tube/shower has a glass door that only covers less than half of the tube, therefore a lot of water splashes outside if it when taking a shower.
There’s only A/C but not heater, even when it has good handle if the internal temperature. The A/C doesn’t seem to regulate the temperature very well, it’s either too cold or barely.
However, all of these are small details. The service of the entire staff is great. The property is not new at all but not bad and it’s clean. The included breakfast is not awesome but good enough and with a fee different options.
