The place is small and cramped with many paintings. Entering in and out is not convenient, having to ring the bell from outside. The rooms are small. don’t recommend. Booked elsewhere the 2nd night event having to waste money.

Hotel con gente muy amable. Muy buena ubicación muy céntrico. Lo único que le mejoraría es que Dice desayuno incluido y dejan mucha comida para que te prepares el desayuno .. pero ha mi personalmente no me agrada .. buscas un desayuno así sea básico pero que alguien te colabore .. adicional al tener hasta horno en la habitación de hace imposible utilizar todo sobre todo.
La persona de la recepción muy amable .. solo que es único y debió subirse a atender a un cliente y robaron su mochila ..
a los que estábamos en recepción en ese momento nos preguntó varias veces que si vimos o no .. considero debería tener apoyo para no dejar sola nunca la recepción.

Friendly service, bit fully packed but nice vibe (we had the pink room ;) ) with coffee maker and extended (included) minibar (also for the breakfast - prepackaged). Can be a bit noisy across rooms but that didn't bother us much. And ... great location! We walked everywhere during our stay. Restaurant, taxi and bus located just outside the hotel.

This is a unique little hotel in the heart of Rome, walkable to Colosseum, Trevi fountain, the Forum and Pantheon. the hotel has so much character with its sculptures, friezes and paintings, feels like being in a quirky museum. The fridge is Full of goodies to make a snack and all included. such a nice perk! Staff are friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Barrett again when in Rome!

If you like hotel chains with bell staff, gyms and on property restaurants/bars, this place isn't for you. But if you like a place that has character and is a little quirky, like I do, you'll love this place. Yes, you have to walk up some stairs, and yes, the room isn't very big (which is true of most places in Europe), but I have never stayed in a place with more in-room amenities. A chair massager? A foot bath? A hot dog roaster? And I can honestly say that the free mini bar had more food in it than my refrigerator at home. The location is extremely central - all the major sites are walkable - but it was still very quiet at night. The decor is fun and unique. I would definitely stay here again.

Room is dirty and the small. Because of the environment, hazard of having mold, me, and my partner have severe allergy, and eye infection because of the bacteria. We’re trying to request a refund from the hotel but they refused. We should’ve request also reimburse our medical expenses. We end up going to see a pharmacist to get some medicine for the allergy and eyes
