"Great location. 10mins from the city center with the subway 🚇 line 2 right next to the 🏨 hotel ! Very clean and hygienic! The staff is helpful and friendly :) The breakfast is also really good 😊 with a great selection of Western and Chinese cuisine! There is also a 24hour Mc Donald’s and a Luckin coffee next door !!!!"

"The staff were very friendly and the hotel is well located in the city hub. The rooms were relatively clean but attention to detail will just up the cleanliness, for example there was a cigarette bud still lying in between the pebbles at the base of the bath and a sock of someone on the chair, below the blanket.  Overall we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay. "

"We spent in total of a week here in the same room. Overall a good experience and would recommend it. Very good location - just across the street from a metro station and easy to get around the city. There's a 24hr store downstairs and a coffee shop just a few meters away. Service was good - the ladies at the reception were helpful with sorting out online delivery packages and our requests for water refills. It should be noted that this hotel has a mixture of smoking and non-smoking rooms, so the smell of cigarettes kinda lingers a bit in the hallways and can be a bit offputting, but thankfully our room was okay. The facilities can be a bit old, there were unknown stains on the shower unit's floor that can't seem to be scrubbed off, and one of the lightbulbs in our room was a bit glitchy which was a bit concerning. Two suggestions that we want to make are that (1) since the toilet's flush is not that strong, it makes more sense to have a toilet brush or something just in case; (2) it would be good to have more lights that can be manually controlled instead of everything being part of the central control system. Other than these minor issues everything was great. The cleaning ladies were helpful, although at times a bit too diligent because we once had to reassure them at least 3 times that we didn't need cleaning service for that day. Laundry service was okay."

"Lake view room is nice . Room iwas warm when got in when outside was cold. Room cleaning was good . Provided extra bottles of drinking water n soft drink Breakfast is very good .. nearby there is a new shopping mall recently opened on 11.11.23 . Recommended to stay"

"อยู่ตรงหน้าสถานีรถไฟเลย สะดวกมาก! พนักงานต้อนรับให้บริการดีมาก คุณลุงก็กระตือรือร้นมาก ป้าที่ทำความสะอาดก็กระตือรือร้นมากเช่นกัน อาหารเช้าดีมาก สะอาด ถูกสุขอนามัย สดใหม่ เครื่องดื่มร้อนคั้นสด และเบอร์ริโต้ใส่เมล็ดพืชก็เป็นเมนูโปรดของเด็กๆ! ฉันลืมของไว้ในห้อง แล้วทางโรงแรมก็โทรมาถามว่าจะคืนยังไง แม่บ้านก็เลยขอชื่นชมค่ะ! เชิญใหม่อีกครั้งคราวหน้า! สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก : เก่านิดหน่อย แต่สะอาด สุขอนามัย : สะอาด สิ่งแวดล้อม : อบอุ่น การบริการ: ใส่ใจ ของฝากพิเศษประจำท้องถิ่นซูโจว: ซาจี้ ผลไม้ และเค้กสำหรับเด็ก"
