We had a wonderful stay here. The service was excellent, very detailed and thoughtful. They upgraded us to a duplex room with amazing views over the mountains. Even so, the smaller room was lovely as well (they let us pick which one we preferred). They paid a lot of attention to detail, helped us call our drivers, order food, find little hiking routes etc. The food at the hotel is simple and fresh chinese countryside food. We enjoyed it. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner buffets that are tasty and well worth it. It’s a wonderful balance between nature and urban convenience. There is also an a daily programme activity. Housekeeping was a bit variable (a 3 or 4 depending on who cleans). It's acceptable. The facilities are showing their age, which is fine, but we did find a loose nail on the floor after moving the step stool that could’ve caused a bad accident if we hadn't spotted it in time. The mattress is on the firmer side, and the double bed is just two beds pushed together. A quick suggestion for the hotel: using trash bags for the bins would make things easier for staff and avoid bad-smelling residue in the bins. Despite these minor flaws, it was overall a wonderful, worthwhile stay! The area is super nice, convenient and there's a lot to do, for adults and children.

we wanted to escape the busy city and relax in the nature. unfortunately there was a lot of construction work going on around the hotel and it was noisy during the day. the view was amazing, except the construction work. the service was friendly and good. also the food wad good. unfortunately the pool was dirty and not possible to use. some parts of the hotel need a renovation.

We've been here for the second time. The first time was amazing, the service was really good, the owners were very caring. But this time it was bad. I recommended this villa to my friends, and we came as a group of 10 people and 6 rooms, but the owners treated us like ”one customer” and keep telling me that there are other guests here. We wanted to take hot springs, and as 6 rooms, we could use 6 times slots, but they tried to not let us, telling that there are other guests. Whole time they're trying to tell us that we're not alone, even though we didn't act like that, and eventually it was just disturbing and annoying. Also there was a power off a few times durations of 3-4 hours, hot springs, wasn't hot, AC was not so warm. At the end I decided to not stay for the second night and just left. Won't comeback here, even though I liked it first time, about a month ago.

We have 3 adults and 2 dogs staying for 3 days 2 nights. We all like the construction style of the building. Those wooden roof, balcony and all furniture design are beautiful. It was very comfortable and we all slept well there. We ordered 2 dinners with different dishes during our stay. I do recommend if you could have a try. They have local homemade dishes which I have never had anywhere else before. The customer services are very responsive. We had worried about the mountain road to the hotel, but they were very considerate and arranged a car driving ahead to lead us.

The hotel is high in the mountain and surrounded by trees. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The person at the reception was helpful. I booked the loft suite, which was nice in design and very spacious with a second floor connected by stairs. Nice balcony and an open air bathtub on the second floor terrace. I liked that the tab water in the kitchen sink was filtered (there was a fridge, but no stove) The restaurant food is nice and breakfast buffet is small and simple but tasty (if you like Chinese breakfast like my family does). Amenities were slippers , comb, toothbrush if you need. Shampoo and body wash in the room. The hotel would be nicer if they paid more attention to maintenance and cleanliness. Housekeeping should clean a bit better. Our room floor was not very clean in the corners and the Japanese style toilet was not so clean. Some parts of the hotel facade and ceiling are damaged. The pool had no water and I didn’t see anything written in ctrip that is seasonal.
