藏在竹海山野裏的治癒居所✨ 這次的民宿體驗，完全超出了我的預期，是一段能讓人徹底慢下來的山野時光。 推開房門的瞬間，就被眼前的景緻治癒了。整面牆的落地窗將連綿的竹海、層層疊疊的梯田和蜿蜒的山路都框成了一幅流動的畫，清晨醒來躺在床上就能看見雲霧在山間遊走，傍晚時分夕陽給山林鍍上暖金色，連呼吸都變得格外清新。房間的設計是簡約的原木風，温潤的木質傢俱搭配柔軟的床品，沒有多餘的裝飾，卻處處透着用心。床尾的休閑椅剛好對着窗，窩在上面看看書、發發呆，聽着窗外的鳥鳴和風吹竹葉的沙沙聲，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散。 公共區域的細節也讓人倍感温暖。窗邊的小几上擺着“世界很大 歡迎回家”的木牌，還有新鮮的橘子和小零食，水培的綠蘿透着生機，瞬間就有了家的親切感。民宿的老闆很熱情，會主動介紹周邊的徒步路線和小眾景點，還會貼心地準備早餐，熱氣騰騰的包子、燒麥搭配爽口的小菜，簡單卻充滿煙火氣，讓人從清晨開始就被温柔以待。 民宿坐落在半山腰，遠離了城市的喧囂，卻又不會太過偏僻，開車十幾分鍾就能到鎮上。周邊的景色四季皆宜，春天有漫山的野花，夏天是避暑的好去處，秋天層林盡染，冬天則能看雪落竹海，無論什麼時候來都能收穫不一樣的美景。晚上躺在床上，沒有城市的光污染，抬頭就能看見漫天繁星，這種久違的靜謐與浪漫，是在高樓林立的城市裡永遠體會不到的。 這次短暫的逃離，讓我重新找回了內心的平靜。這裏沒有網紅打卡點的擁擠，衹有最純粹的自然和最質樸的人情味，適合想要放空、充電的人。如果你也厭倦了城市的快節奏，想要找一處地方好好擁抱自然，這家民宿一定不會讓你失望。我已經開始期待下一次的重逢了。

amazing place to get away if you live in huge city such as Shanghai or Hangzhou - great environment with water making calming noises, cool common area where you can do bbq, and maybe the best part - hosts are setting up a fire, which will prevent potentially cold weather to spoil the hanging out with your friends! 這次入住安吉堯珈山禾稻度假酒店體驗真的遠超預期，必須給個大大的好評！一進大門接駁車服務小哥就到了熱情的幫着拿行李，大堂感覺環境特別舒適，裝修風格簡約大氣，燈光和香氛都恰到好處，讓人瞬間放鬆下來。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品乾爽潔白柔軟，摸上去就知道是定期更換清洗的，連衞生間角落和玻璃水漬都處理得很乾凈，細節處能看出酒店的用心。設施方面也很齊全，智能馬桶、高速WiFi、隔音效果都很棒，晚上睡覺特別安靜。最讓我感動的是服務，前台李總和所有服務員小哥哥小姐姐全程微笑接待，辦理入住高效又貼心，還主動介紹了整個農場的情況，離店時還送了精心準備的伴手禮，真的有種被重視的感覺。總之，無論是硬件還是軟件都無可挑剔，下次來還會選這裏，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！

I was lucky enough to get a room right next to the lake, and waking up to the sound of gentle waves and birdsong was absolutely serene. The view alone was worth the trip! What truly stood out was the incredible chauffeur service—punctual, professional, and friendly. It made moving around the large camping area effortless and enjoyable. The team on-site were beyond accommodating. Whether it was a last-minute change or a special request, they handled everything with warmth and a smile. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The experiences offered were the cherry on top! I got to enjoy a free photoshoot with the lake as my backdrop, which left me with beautiful memories captured forever. The horseback ride was both relaxing and thrilling, and paddle boarding on the calm waters was a peaceful yet fun workout. One of the most unique and soul-soothing moments was the sound bowl healing therapy—a truly calming and grounding experience. And to wrap up the day, the music bonfire under the stars was magical. Great vibes, great company, and a perfect way to end each night. This wasn’t just a getaway—it was an experience that fed the soul. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and full of unforgettable memories. Highly recommend to anyone looking for nature, luxury, and a touch of magic!

The setting of Banyan Tree Anji is undeniably beautiful, tucked away in the hills and bamboo forests to offer a scenic escape from the city. Another major bright spot was our concierge, Ida, who was absolutely tremendous—attentive, highly responsive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay comfortable. However, for a property charging premium luxury rates, the overall experience falls short of international five-star standards. The property leans heavily into a commercial, mass-resort atmosphere rather than offering the intimate, slow-paced sanctuary you expect from a high-end nature hideaway. It is a lovely destination if you go in expecting a larger, more commercial resort experience, but it needs a bit more refinement to truly compete on a global luxury tier.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

A true hidden gem in Anji, the Anji Treasure Island Nautical Resort feels like stepping aboard a luxury liner that has quietly anchored itself in a world of bamboo forests and still, reflective waters. The entire resort is designed in the unmistakable shape and spirit of a ship, complete with maritime detailing, porthole-style windows, brass accents, and cabin-inspired interiors that make every room feel like a private suite at sea. From the moment you arrive, you are surrounded by tropical-style gardens and serene lagoons where ducks glide across the water and fish move like living brushstrokes beneath the surface. It is calm, immersive, and almost dreamlike. The service is simply outstanding — attentive, warm, and effortless. Nothing feels forced; everything feels considered. Breakfast is sumptuous and generous, with a spread that feels worthy of a grand voyage rather than a countryside resort. Every detail is elevated. The rooms are extraordinary — sleeping here genuinely feels like being inside a luxury cabin on an ocean liner, yet with the comfort, silence, and space of a high-end retreat. What makes this place unforgettable is its setting: tranquil and secluded, yet perfectly positioned to explore everything Anji has to offer. You feel away from the world, but never far from it. To stay here is to experience something rare — a place that doesn’t try to impress, yet quietly outshines everything around it. Many nearby hotels feel conventional by comparison; this one feels imagined, designed, and delivered with vision. 11/10 – beyond expectations, beyond category. A destination I would not just recommend, but insist on. Without question, one of my top travel discoveries for 2026. As we sat outside on the man-made beach overlooking the beautiful pond, framed by rolling mountains, a golf buggy passed by. The driver, Ben, stopped and kindly asked if we would like to take a ride around the hotel grounds. What followed was unforgettable. We set off together and immediately began to ascend into the mountain areas, where the landscape opened up into something extraordinary. We were surrounded by peach trees, olive trees, and endless tea plantations stretching across the hillsides. The scenery felt untouched and alive. Stunning waterfalls cascaded down rock faces, and wildlife was everywhere — fish moving through clear waters, turtles basking quietly, geese and ducks gliding freely across ponds and streams. It felt like a living ecosystem woven seamlessly into the resort itself. At the peak, we reached the most incredible lookout observatory and restaurant, offering panoramic views over Anji and far beyond. The vistas were vast and layered, mountains fading into the distance under a calm, open sky. To top it all off, there is even a zip line (rip cord) for those brave enough to ascend and descend in style — an exhilarating contrast to the serenity below. Throughout it all, Ben’s kindness, warmth, and care were extraordinary, and perfectly matched the beauty of the experience. His generosity of spirit elevated the entire journey. A stay that moves from ship-like luxury, to lakeside tranquillity, to mountain adventure — all within a single, seamless experience. Simply unforgettable.

This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. A more professional arrival service would better reflect the quality of this beautiful resort. 🌧️ Typhoon Weather — More Indoor Activities Needed During our stay, a typhoon affected the weather and some outdoor facilities were closed. 終於打卡安吉網紅民宿來野山川裏，堪稱江浙滬避世度假天花板，整趟入住體驗超出預期！民宿隱匿在山川鄉萬畝竹海山谷之中，自駕進山沿途滿目青綠，深灰色極簡建築嵌在山林間，被大家稱作竹林裏的“黑房子”，侘寂風設計高級耐看，和自然景緻完美相融。民宿僅有十間客房，人流量少，私密性絕佳，遠離喧囂，很適合暫時逃離城市的浮躁。 我們入住的山景客房空間開闊，270°全景落地窗直接將連綿竹海框成天然畫卷。清晨躺在床上就能欣賞山間雲霧緩緩流動，傍晚靜待落日浸染遠山。房間硬件配置誠意滿滿，金可兒床墊柔軟舒適，一夜安睡；配備戴森吹風機、高級洗護用品，全屋智能設備操作便捷，衞生打掃得一塵不染。最大亮點是每間客房自帶獨立私湯，引入天然山泉水，傍晚泡進温熱湯池，竹林清風撲面而來，聽竹葉沙沙作響，所有疲憊一掃而空，氛圍感拉滿。 公共區域豐富多樣，挑高大堂通透治癒，書吧茶室安靜閑適；頂樓無邊泳池直麪羣山，拍照格外出片。餐飲選用本地農户直供食材，早餐品類豐富，鮮筍、土雞蛋充滿山野風味；山野火鍋食材新鮮，竹筒飯香氣十足。管家服務貼心周到，抵達時主動幫忙搬運行李，有需求響應迅速，晚間還送上暖心甜湯，細節充滿温度。 位置十分便利，驅車不久就能抵達雲上草原。不管是情侶短途旅行、好友小聚都很合適。在這裏，沒有擁擠人潮，衹有青山、竹海與晚風。一次難忘的山野旅居，已經列入二刷清單，真心推薦給想要靜心放鬆的朋友！

We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
