I was disrespected on the personal level, when as a loyal customer, booked and paid for the room in advanced, upon checking, I was asked to give my bank details.
When I've said that I've paid online through the app, I was told that, it is to provide the extra security measures. When I have asked what security measures; I was publicly told, that it is "just in case" if I "will damage the room"!
I was a geuest of this hotel many times, and I have never recieve any information or complaint about my stay.
Data provided to use the car park; including name, phone number and reg. number are stored on the paper form available to view to anyone who is signing in, which sims to be evident breaching of Data Protection Act.
