"Positive aspects of staying at the hotel with full board: - location; - cuisine; - children's entertainment; - helpful and flexible owners, always present; - room cleaning with daily towel replacement (2/6, however, done between 12:00 and 12:30, when we had already returned from the beach and had to prepare for lunch). Negative aspects of the hotel (reason for the 2 stars): - on the 2nd day, when we returned from the beach, we found the door to our room open. We knew the technician would come to fix it, but we didn't really understand this oversight; luckily, nothing was missing... - the next day, we asked for a burned-out light bulb in a lampshade to be replaced, and, nope, we were still waiting for it at the end of the holiday... - on the last day, at dinner, a heated argument between the staff, which came from the kitchen, really unpleasant; - insects in the room (cockroaches? I don't know, but that's what they looked like). I fear this is not a problem with the hotel but with the entire area. Suggestions: - It would be helpful to provide customers with a water dispenser to refill the water bottles we all have available these days; - Delegate more tasks to staff; it feels like every request, even the most trivial, needs to be vetted by the owners, who already have a thousand things to take care of."

"We chose to return to the hotel David this year. The hotel would need a restoring, but the sea view always makes the difference! Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the adjacent Lungomare hotel. Abundant food and quality ... Even though we missed the variety and sweets of last year. The same property and the same services available: 2 swimming pools, massage center, animation. The staff makes the stay pleasant and makes the great difference: a special thanks in the room to Elena, Nicola, Grazia and Richmond, always super efficient and available, at Katia and Bea at the massage center, to Alessandro and Matilde for the animation of children."

"Excellent and friendly staff. Very clean and silent rooms. We were especially amazed by the kindness of the housekeeper, Mrs Bri, who accommodated every request and delighted our days with her smile. The service we have received in this hotel is of a 3* superior. And the hotel has just 2 stars, so very good. Even the eggs in the morning are made by hands. Definitely raccomended. We will for sure return in this place very soon."
