Nice location right in Rochester. I was only driving through, but there's a bunch of shops and restaurants near by to pick up food. The facilities were clean.

I stayed here over Christmas Eve I got there and had to check in and had a hold on my card which I was told I’d get back at check out I haven’t gotten it back yet we didn’t do anything to the room

Microtel Rochester North is a good quiet place to stay if you have to go to Mayo clinic. It is close enough to drive in or use the shuttle bus. The breakfast is good and there are retail stores and restaurants close by as well. Have stayed there multiple times and been satisfied.

The people were great. Very welcoming. Especially Terry. He was super helpful showing me how to navigate this place and the big city. Super thankful to him. He's the reason I rebooked.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the walls are very thin - I could hear the TV in the next room clearly! Additionally, every vending machine was "out of order" and only a couple of the equipment pieces in the exercise room functioned. The breakfast was great, though!

Everything was good during my stay except for the room temperature. I could not adjust the setting to air conditioning, and the room was uncomfortably warm.

To many local and long term guest staying there. Property is ok, but the atmosphere is horrible.

Staff was miserable when it was check in. They weren’t happy they had to stop their conversation with someone to check us in. Then when we got back from dinner and were in bed watching a movie, we get a call from the desk asking us if we were being loud…We are laying in bed! It’s not my fault the floors are 2mm thick and I have to pee every 3hrs. I would never recommend this place to my patients at Mayo Clinic. The elevator smells like someone is actively smoking cigarettes in it. Our bathroom has tile missing from the boarder of the shower. U can see dirt and schmutz caked in the grout by the shower. Never again.
