The facilities are fresh and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay.

Ottima posizione. A due passi dall'ospedale e da un supermercato. Vicino al centro storico e ad un centro commerciale. Ottima la SPA: l'acqua della piscina è ben riscaldata e anche l'ambiente esterno di modo che non si ha freddo quando si esce dall'acqua. La pulizia è ottima sia nelle camere che nella SPA e nel resto dei locali. Tornerò sicuramente quando andrò di nuovo a Grosseto

Il miglior hotel di Grosseto, posizione comoda. Camere spaziose, bagno decoroso, la struttura e’ ben tenuta ma vissuta Personale molto cortese e disponibile, ristorazione più che decorosa e buona colazione Ottimo spazio relax con una bella spa, nonostante non siamo in zona termale e palestra attrezzata con quanto necessario per un bel sessione di allenamento

Tornata su invito devo dire che sono rimasta molto contenta, pare quasi che si siano dati una svegliata. Siamo stati serviti da un nuovo cameriere, un professionista all' opera, una persona esperta, veloce e molto preparata, finalmente qualcuno del mestiere e non un qualunque porta piatti, gentile e cordiale, ci ha saputo esporre i piatti e accogliere con eleganza e cortesia come ci si aspetta da un ristorante di tale livello. Il cibo sempre lo stesso, ma Il servizio ha avuto un notevole salto di qualità. Perciò complimenti siete sulla buona strada!!!

Un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione delle camere. Tende con macchie, la sedia decisamente troppo usata, lenzuola con qualche buco. Il bagno invece è a posto. La sala da pranzo è abbastanza triste, quei tavolini quadrati messi in file con noi da soli a mangiare come fossimo messi in ordine a scuola, mi ha messo tristezza. Colazione minimal, salato poco, niente frittata e bacon a disposizione. Bella invece la SPA, anche se non pensavo fosse a pagamento (però correttamente mi hanno avvertito prima), ma ne ho usufruito ugualmente. Grazie alla SPA merita 3 pallini
