Beautiful place that I can easily define as one of the best structures we have ever stayed in, clean, comfortable, relaxing and I could easily add many other compliments. The owners are exquisite people, we met the owner, his wife and his son, all very kind people. The breakfast prepared, including the many cakes, by the owner's wife is spectacular, abundant and delicious. It's a shame the restaurant, during this period, was closed, but we will certainly have the opportunity to try it the next time we return ...... and yes guaranteed we will definitely return. "Very well-organised structure, very clean room as well as the rest of the structure, we had the opportunity to stay for one night only, but we certainly know where to go if we go back to Grosseto, very close to all services. There is no way to cook a breakfast except tea or coffee, we recommend that you make available a small electric plate for a possible breakfast in the room. For the rest, everything is really okay."

"We booked Fattoria San Lorenzo because we wanted to stay at an agritourismo near Grosseto. The Fattoria San Lorenzo is not what I would call a traditional Fattoria. It is more like a holiday apartment complex and the restaurant is a separate commercial entity serving food which is ok but not what we were expecting. Discovering this when we arrived was disappointing but to make our stay even worse, we arrived to find that the apartment we had booked, which should have had a terrace with outdoor furniture and a bbq, had been given to someone else before we arrived and we had been allocated an apartment above the restaurant with no outside space. The pool area of the complex is ok but it doesn’t really feel like there is a heart to the place. This information relates to the Livia part of the complex. The second accommodation block - Pozzino - is half a mile away and has no facilities other than the pool, which is a much lower standard than the main pool. The accommodation at Pozzino, which was offered to us as an alternative, doesn’t really look like the rustic, quaint apartments shown on the website with antique furniture and cream awnings over lovely terraces with nice furniture. The awnings are red and old and the furniture inside and out is tired. There is another part of the complex - Le Capanne. We didn’t go to see this but it is even further away from the main facilities. Apartments appear to be sold as being on either Livia or Pozzino but the quality is not the same. If you decide to book here, I would advise requesting that your apartment is in the Livia part of the complex and, if outdoor living space is important to you, I would be very clear in the notes section of your booking. We were offered our final night’s stay without charge to compensate us but the lack of outdoor space really compromised this stay for us."

"Beautiful B&b 10 min walk from the pedestrian center. Comfortable also at the train station. Parking on the sideways. At the 3rd floor of a palace. Recently built, managed by a very friendly and comfortable person. Very clean and abundant breakfast and with some products made at home. Very nice Levante 🐈‍⬛. To return with certainty!!!"
