Overall , I had a very good stay at Ascott Rafal Olaya Riyadh. The location is excellent, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. There are only two things that could be improved. First, there are no individual bottled waters provided in the room. Instead, drinking water is provided through a water dispenser with a large refillable water bottle. Personally, I would prefer sealed individual water bottles in the room. Second, food delivery orders are not allowed to be delivered directly to the room, so guests have to go downstairs to collect them, which can be inconvenient. Other than these two points, everything was excellent. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.
