The facilities are nice and we enjoyed the ample outlets for our electronic devices. The shower was roomy with lots of places to put things. We liked the setup of the room and the inclusion of a love seat. We did not like that daily housekeeping services were not provided and yet there was a card asking for a tip for housekeeping! For what? The bed looked rumpled when we arrived. Hopefully, it was just a poor job of bed-making and no one had recently napped on it! There is a bistro where we had breakfast both days. It’s a little pricey and the food is just ok.

walk in showers are great for someone my age. many restaurants were closed on monday ,next time i'll stay longer

First time in the berkshires and this hotel had everything we needed. Rooms were great and loved the fire pit at night.

The place is nice and clean and the hotel is very near to all the restaurants and shrine of divine mercy church. I’m just hoping they have free coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours like the other Marriott.
