This property was great. Tammy at the front desk was particularly helpful with a very late night check-in. The rooms were large with comfortable beds and sitting area. Everything we needed. Good value! Thanks!

It is a nice hotel, but needs renovations. I was on the 3rd. floor and could hear the people above me walking and the floor was creaking. Finally after 12mn, they stopped! Even my floor creaked. It was clean. The bed is just o.k. I would rather stay at a hotel with good mattresses! Then at 6 am, a truck was changing the garbage bins next door at restaurant!

This hotel is great. It did not list in the amenities that they have an indoor pool, or I would have packed my bathing suit. The bed is a bit too firm for my taste, but everything else is wonderful. I will stay here each time I come to Richmond to see family.

I was told they were short staff at check-in and we can elect for room services or not. No cleaning supplies was offered or provided. We was informed late evening there would be water service interruption on Monday from 8am - 5pm. That means no bathing or restrooms usage during this time.
