地下室套房空間比較大，兩室一廳，傢俱齊全。除了免費提供的礦泉水和水果之外，還有收明碼標價而且價格合理的零食飲料。衞生相當不錯，而且能看出來老闆很大方，廚房和洗衣房都免費用。和當地其他民宿比起來，我更推薦華人家庭，不止溝通方便，生活習慣上也更符合。加拿大這邊當地很多民宿都是要求進門光着腳走，這邊提供拖鞋就舒服很多。還有這裏床上是我們蓋的厚被子，不是當地反人類的床單墊在人和被子之間
