This hotel is fine -- you pay for what you get. Easily accessible to IU's campus, not even a 10 minute drive. The room was cleaned but not super well. The shower floor was a little sticky and there was a stain on the comforter that was clearly washed once or twice, but the stain didn't come out.
Breakfast was fine, just your typical hotel breakfast eggs hash browns muffins etc.
For the price I would stay there again.

I was so impressed with this hotel! Persons working behind the desk were very welcoming and friendly. The pool was very clean and towels readily available. Everything in my room was nice. Everything was in excellent condition. Breakfast in the morning was very good. I noticed that staff was in the dining area, replenishing as needed, wiping counter areas and sweeping the floor. I have never seen this great service at any other hotel chain. My family live in Bloomington, I will definitely stay here again. In fact, I've already made a reservation for my April visit!

Great value for the price. Friendly staff. The room was clean, spacious and actually had 2 TVs. Breakfast was good. We will be back.

We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The hotel was very nice and the room was clean, comfortable and very nice. The location made for easy access to downtown, campus and restaurants.

I think we had herd of horses staying above our room. Walls must have been paper thin, room next to ours came in around 1am talked and laughted for over an hour. Truck started around 5:30am reved that bad boy up for at least 10 minutes. Don't think I'll be back, nice location, people were nice, just way to noisy!
