Incroyable

We stayed here for 10 days during April 2024. All staff were AMAZING, they couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is luxurious, a very chill atmosphere and the music played by the pool was great. The hotel is a little out of the way from bars/restaurants, but as we visited out of season, a lot of the nearby places were still closed. A great selection for breakfast; toast, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, alternative options, full breakfast, pastries, ham/cheese. We hired a car for 2 days which was great to explore the island, this was very easy to do and car hire places everywhere. There is a bus stop just 5 min walk from the hotel which takes you to the Old Town in approx 20-25 mins, we purchased bus tickets from the hotel's mini market for 4.60 euro return (per person). The buses were not overly reliable, however we did always manage to get on one eventually. The rooms were modern, had aircon and a safe (no additional charge), cleaned every day, and linen changed as often as requested (they gave us a card to put on the bed asking for linen to be changed). Although the hotel is B & B, the rooms only have a mini fridge so not well-equipped if you were hoping to make your own lunch in the room. No rush to the pool to save sunloungers, you could turn up to the pool any time of day and there'd be a spare sunbed or two. Supermarket 5-10 min walk away. The receptionists at the hotel called us a taxi a few times, very easy and always arrived promptly. The food at the hotel for lunch was delicious and average price, the cocktails and other drinks a little expensive. Overall, we would definitely return here between May-September months as the hotel was fantastic.

Had an amazing experience here!!! its quite relaxing sanctuary, staff all helpfull and friendly and rooms are lush modern and clean, and the food is out of this world to say the least they cater for vegetarian s aswell !!!!!!! I didn't want to come home.

What an amazing holiday, nothing to fault from this hotel, the staff were so welcoming and lovely throughout the whole holiday, the room and hotel itself was so picturesque with a relaxing and homely feel. Definitely recommend trying the Sangria as well as the Greek dip called Tzatziki that comes with the fries! All of the food was good but not massive selection at dinner time, although lunchtime menu ran from 12-7pm which had loads of choice! Rhodes Old Town was a short drive away - 10/15 mins with buses and taxis easy to arrange through the hotel. We also hired a car through the hotel one of the days to drive down to Lindos which was only 35€ and was well worth the visit! If you’re planning to staying in Rhodes anytime soon, I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

A group of 12 visited for a hen party and the hotel could not have been better.The staff were all amazing with a special shout out to “Steve” aka yannis the barman or as we thought of him the 13th member of the group He gave us tips on clubs and bars to visit at night and was brilliant with his recommendations ensuring we had the best time ever All the bar staff were brilliant taking requests for music and ensuring our drinks were flowing and the food was amazing too The reception staff were so helpful especially when I mislaid the boarding passes and they promptly reprinted them ensuring our trip was seamless Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a getaway with friends

Had the loveliest holiday in Rhodes. Highly recommend staying at Cook’s Club. Our hotel room was gorgeous and super clean. Bedding and towels were changed everyday. The pool area is also gorgeous and was easy to find space to chill. I saw some reviews mentioned music being too loud- however we found it perfect. Was chilled out and added to the atmosphere. Poolside snacks and cocktails and iced coffees from the pool bar were lovely. The staff at the hotel made us feel so welcome, can’t thank them enough. Particularly the bar staff and manager who were really friendly. As we visited in April, a lot of local restaurants etc were still closed so we rented a car, which we were easily able to do at reception. It took us around about 15 mins to drive into Rhodes town each time which is worth noting if you are staying here during the quiet season. We were able to get a late check out of 6pm for an extra charge of $50 which meant we could really enjoy our last day. Only points for consideration - our shower head was difficult to position to avoid soaking the whole bathroom. (Room 232) Also - would have been good if the tea/coffee in the room was replenished daily.

Place was amazing staff so friendly and keep everything clean and tidy lovely hotel would definitely recommend to anyone visiting, there is plenty to do and they offer car hires bike hires, even if you need a taxi they just booked at reception and they come within minutes

The staff couldn’t do enough for you arriving to such a friendly atmosphere and a warm reception. So helpful with booking taxis , or renting a car , good location and easy to travel around the island with lots around to do.
