Clean and quiet. Bathroom shower good and I liked the body wash dispenser. Bed comfortable. Easy on/off 95

Convenient location. Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfortable. Room was large
Bathroom was not the cleanest. The shower curtain had yellow stains and smelled like urine. To their credit, I told them at checkout and they gave me a $20 credit and were very apologetic.

Dirty bathroom, burnt out light bulbs, broken shower, used towel from previous guest hanging on door, dusty and grubby tray in sitting area with food crumbs all over it. Overall grubby room which needed a deep cleaning!!
Disappointed!!
Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was OK. Nothing special. I was lead to believe they had a hot tub by photos of property. It in fact doesn't. Staff was mostly friendly. Definitely would stay again though. Also indoor pool was heated

Grab bar hidden. No shelves except toilet tank. Toilet paper toooo far away from toilet.
Carpeting soiled, needed replacement.

This could be a very nice property but the staff is unfriendly and complacent. We had to go to Home Depot to get clorox wipes and lysol because our bathroom was not at all clean.

Beautiful, clean hotel! Florence leaves a lot to be desired, but the hotel was top notch.
