We got back from our 7 night stay here yesterday, and we are already missing the hotel and country so much! Everything is perfect, the rooms are huge and super clean, the staff are so helpful and funny, the food is fantastic, the pools are checked and cleaned everyday. I swear the cleaners don't stop! The animation team wasn't a big team but they were fantastic with our little ones aged 4 and 6, we all joined in on the activities. The location to naama is excellent! We did the safari whilst there and we loved it that much we did it twice. The boat trip is stunning especially white island! Wished we stayed for longer than 7 nights. But we will already looking to come back for longer next time! Thankyou to everyone who made our stay AMAZING, I would rate you 10* if I could xx love from the UK

โรงแรมมีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดี มีสระว่ายน้ำ สไลเดอร์ ดำน้ำตื้น และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่น ๆ แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมยังมีโปรแกรมการเดินทางและจองรถแท็กซี่ซึ่งเหมาะสำหรับวันหยุดพักผ่อน ทิวทัศน์สวยงาม ท้องฟ้าเป็นสีฟ้า ทะเลเป็นสีเขียว มีอาหารหลายชนิดและช่วยตัวเองได้ แต่โดยทั่วไปแล้วจะเหมาะกับรสนิยมยุโรป การเดินทางยังอีกยาวไกลสำหรับประเทศจีน

Very helpful staff for flight bookings and local advice. Great view from the beach-side bar. Egyptian style spa was worth a try. The huge pool on the inland side weirdly lacks any deep area at all, seems designed only for kids.

Pros.. I absolutely had a amazing time at the parrotel beach resort. All staff are amazing and extremely helpful. I travelled with my young child and mother and we all had a great time. It was my mums second visit. The restaurant managers and waiters were so helpful. And always helped if we needed anything for a special request. The buffet food i really enjoyed. It was plentiful and tasty. We loved the pools ! Small pool for babys and small toddlers. Bigger pool is also great. Enough space for guest. And there's a smaller pool near to beach. The beach was nice rocky beach. I'd recommend taking beach foot wear. Protective bottom for feet. Our rooms were to the left from restaurant on ground floor. Newly refurbished and really spacious with a small terrace with chairs. We had our room cleaned daily and water restocked daily. Cleaner was super helpful also. I tipped most people who were very helpful to us. The animation team were really motivating friendly amd super kind and great with my little girl. She was so excited every night for the evening kids entertainment. The cocktails were okay. I don't drink much so i had lemonade with strawberry syrup or the hibiscus cold drink In lobby bar. At 4.30 to 6.30 there is tea time english tea and pastries in lobby bar. Which was nice. The snack bar at pool starts 12pm to 5pm serving chips pizza sausages and fish and hot pastries. It's seems to change after few days In terms of options. Along with salads and fruits. And ice cream. They have a snack restaurant bar at beach also serving same type food. Buffet main restaurant time are Breakfast 7am to 10am Lunch 1pm to 3pm Dinner 7 to 9.30pm. Late breakfast Pastries only at pool bar. 11am to 12am. Pool bar snack 12 to 5pm Beach bar snack 12 to 5pm. Cons.. A better variety at the snack bars for food. Would be nice to have ig burgers ect. Evening entertainment where it was positioned I had alot anxiety my daughter would try run off to the pool as its situated next to main pool area. Other than that we had a lovely time and will definitely return again soon.

We have just stayed for a week at the Steigenberger Alcazar. If you want a beautiful hotel with a chilled atmosphere, you have come to the right place! The hotel has something for everyone and travelling as a party of three with a 1 year old. We opted to be around the quiet pool, which was incredible with the double sun beds with roof and side curtains to assist in shading ourselves and our one year old from the sun. The beds were big enough to lay out toys and allow for our one year old to play while we chilled out next to her. At this pool we met Ahmed and Montaser who looked after us for the whole trip. The service was brilliant from both. We booked the Al carte restaurants but actually only attended two meals because the service and food was great in the main buffet restaurant. The staff went to great lengths to make our experience memorable. Including fussing over our one year old and keeping her entertained. Thanks to Ibrahim, Ziyad and Ramadan who made our stay extra special. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking to recharge the batteries from a busy life back home! Also a shout out to Ramadan on reception who we booked a swim up room upgrade with when TUI did not offer this online (we did this via email before we arrived). The service was seamless and when we arrived everything was as expected. The only one minor down side was the drink options for alcohol which were a little limited. OR the amount of alcohol in each drink which was way too much. It’s a very minor point and didn’t detract from the great time we had.
