Failed to check-in: When I arrived at the hotel reception area, there was no one, but only bottles of gasoline and stacks of construction materials. I tried to call the phone number provided by the hotel for more than 10 times but not one picked up. The hotel did not contact me either for their refusal of provision of services. Trip.com said it is because of my failure to contact the hotel during their operation hours for my delayed check-in.
No accommodation services: Since there was no hotel staff to work on the check-in, the hotel failed to provide any accommodation or hotel services, leading me have to drive around the town to find another vacant accommodation.
Bad environment: See photos. I seriously suspect the hotel is not operating. Trip.com failed to verify the hotel's quality or operation status (having considered that the hotel fee is not that cheap). The price is not reasonable as compared to the quality.
