Good WiFi in room. Windows (occluded) open to internal corridor. Hairdryer. Heater. Bathtub. Spare blankets. Located Old Town Area. Created from a characteristic colonial era building Two nights as part of group tour bookending a one night stay on the Lake.

Very stylish and comfortable hotel in the historic center. Very helpful and friendly staff, large rooms, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, very clean. Very comfortable lobby room and coco leaf tea provided in the lobby. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

We didn’t stay here but were picked up for a tour here and the hotel lobby attendant called the tour company to ensure they were coming and was so attentive and warm even though we weren’t staying there. From the professionalism of the front desk and its perfect inner city location I would recommend it.

This is a very nice hotel in the centre of Puno, offering nice rooms and comfortable beds, good and functional bathroom, good, tasty and varried breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, everything was very good and the stay memorable

Very good experience! The hotel was marvelous and very comfortable. The personal of the front desk so friendly and all time nice we recommend the hotel and the location was perfect, very near of plaza de armas and historical downtown. Guadalupe was so kindly with us. Thank you Hacienda Puno.

Rooms are large, asis the bathroom. But don't get excited with the bath, there is no plug so you can only have a shower. Breakfast is quite ok: juices, cold cuts, tasty bread, guacamole, etc. Staff is kind. There is a garage to park your vehicle if needed. Didn't try the restaurant though. It ois just one block from the Plaza de Armas and the pedestrian street with lots of restaurants. Wifi ok.
