This is very old. Very old style bathrooms. No service, very bad staff. They are not cooperative at all.

Clean and neat hotel. Staff is good and cooperative. Service is good. Good quality is average. Rooms are good in condition.

There was no lift in hotel. We are both above 76, and could not climb stairs. No lift at hotel. Left the room yesterday itself in evening. Can you manage a refund, considering our genuine reason?

Lodge converted to hotel. Congested rooms, unclean linens. Staff is good. No room service except tea. Average stay

Clean hotel, very nice staff. But at-least hote management can give daily one water bottle as complimentary to guest.

I booked this hotel many times and it's a good hotel to stay with complementary breakfast. The location of the hotel is good. It's in the centre of pune. Rooms are neat and clean.

We visited pune to attend a conference for three days. Hotel was located in main road. Quite comfortable for families.
