The hotel was quite well organised and kept up. Perhaps the only issue was the very relaxed timing presented by the reception staff.

Hôtel bien placé dans Puerto Iguazu, beau design, superbe piscine et bar en rooftop, spa avec massages intéressants , seul le petit déjeuner est léger (peu de choix)

酒店還可以，中規中矩，沒有驚喜，早餐也還可以，有游泳池但是水不乾淨，水面有許多飛蟲，洗澡水不錯，很沖

O2 Hotel offered a welcoming and delightful stay in Puento Iguazu. It's location near the city center is perfect. The rooftop bar/pool/views were amazing. The entire staff were professional, courteous, helpful. Cleanliness, eco-friendly, amenities offered were added bonuses. Highly recommend the O2 Hotel.

We stayed here for three nights as part of a 16 day tour of Argentina and Rio de Janeiro. The hotel is well located and from the surface the rooms look nice but there are holes around plugs in the bathroom, the sink leaked and the bathroom door fittings were loose. The breakfast here was average compared to the previous hotels we had stayed at. On our last morning when we came down a bit later than we had previously, tables were still cluttered with dirty crockery. There were no tables laid out and we had to go and find cutlery etc in order that we could have our breakfast, this was a big disappointment. The receptionists however were very friendly and kindly accommodated a slightly later check out for us which was much appreciated. One big plus for me was the ice cold water with lemon that was in the lobby in order that people could help themselves, it was lovely to come back to this after a hot and sticky day sightseeing.

My family all agreed we had the best night sleep of our vacation here. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to the restaurant and shopping area. The room was clean and large. The 9th floor view was beautiful in the evening and during the day. After a long day of travelling with the kids we came back after dinner and to our surprise they had a birthday cake waiting for my daughter! They noticed it was her birthday from her passport when we checked in. They even played happy birthday for her. I would highly this hotel.
