Excellent stay. Great breakfast. Henry was very attentive and speaks English. Close to everything. Big kitchen. Great for the money.

Hostal Graciela is an excellent place to stay in Pucón. It is close to the main bus station, all the tour companies, and the best restaurants or grocery stores. The staff there is excellent - curious, helpful, professional. The rooms are clean, with smart TV and 24/7 hot water. The breakfast they provided is fresh and full of local variety. If you need anything, Henry will take care of you. He speaks English very well, which was nice for me. If I visit Pucón again, I will book with them!

Excelente atención, lugar muy agradable y muy bien ubicado. Sin dudas lo recomiendo y cada vez que visitemos pucon volveremos. Henry nos brindó una excelente atención y nos dio muchísima información valiosa y recomendable. Gracias Henry por tu hospitalidad y amabilidad

Bueno como para una noche. Cumple con limpieza y comodidad, pero nada especialmente destacable. Adecuado precio-calidad. No está tan cerca del lago, pero sí del centro y a pasos de restaurantes. ¿Por qué tripadvisor me obliga a escribir un mínimo de 200 caracteres? Ya puse lo que tenía para decir.

Excelente atención por parte de todo el equipo de la hostal, me alojé por 7 noches y todo estuvo super bien. Desayuno muy completo, cocina disponible, aseo diario, todo impecable, tiene la mejor ubicación cercano al centro y a muchos restaurantes, agencias de tour y del lago. Tiene una hermosa vista. Sin duda volveré. Un agradecimiento especial a Claudia por toda su disposición y atención, un amor de persona y siempre preocupada de mi bienestar y dispuesta a ayudar :) Cariños a todos.

A pousada é otima..super confortável, cama, roupa de cama, toalhas..O café da manhã é super gostoso e ajuda muito para quem for fazer passeios. Ingrid é maravilhosa...ela prepara o café e nos recepciona sempre com um.sorriso e sempre muito atenciosa. Super recomendo o Hostel ..ao sair da pousada você vizualiza o Vulcão do lado esquerdo...uma vista sem igual... Amei Pucon...sua beleza é sem igual...

Fomos muito bem recebidos. Lugar aconchegante, limpo, cama boa, endredom gostoso, toalha, chuveiro quentinho. Café da manhã muito bom e servem antes do horário se for necessário, quando tem passeios que saem mto cedo. Cozinha compartilhada e equipada. Recomendo demais!!
