The hotel was very dirty and old, and the layout was very odd.  Their staff weren’t smiley and were away from the desk most hot of the time. Wouldn’t go back there again

This is a Great Hotel do you think you’re at a Sheraton or a Hilton when you walk in the grand entry and they treat you like family it’s no nonsense street forward to greeted you like family great place for family and kids. Plenty of kids swimming pool if you’d like you’re staying at a high-end resort but you’re not. I mean you feel like it it looks like it but you’re not paying for it price is awesome. You get more than what you pay for besides that breakfast every morning oh my gosh free I would definitely stay at the Sawtelle every time I iamb in Provo.

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was great and very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a great start after a good night sleep. The beds were very comfortable and our room was clean.

非常滿意的一次入住，我們是從黃石回拉斯維加斯在鹽湖城要住一晚，市區的酒店都很貴，就在網上找到了一下，沒想到給了我驚喜，早餐和服務都非常的棒房間裏的設施，雖然有些陳舊，但是很乾凈。價格也不貴，所以給全五分。

物美價廉，游泳池大，水最深160米.到晚上九點。和酒店一起的一個牛排館，味道不錯，價格合理，值得推薦

Good location, easy check-in, nice room and bathroom, good price.
There was no coffee available at breakfast (the machine was out of service) or coffee pot in my room. Continental breakfast consisted of 4 cereal choices, milk, waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, white and wheat bread, and juice.
The towels in the bathroom were well-worn and small.
And when I checked out there was no 'how was your stay' asked. They knew.

The toilet ran on and off all night. It kept us both awake, finally at 5 AM I figured out what was going on and shut off the flow valve to the toilet. I think I should have got a discount or refund because of that, but no.
Also, I am a Wyndham rewards member and spent and hour trying to figure out how to do Wyndham rewards to get the discount, but couldn't. It didn't do me any good at the hotel.
Pillows were crummy.
