It's a very nice place but in no way a "4-STAR RESORT" for Honeymooners. The pictures are very deceiving, and I swear some of these reviews were unavailable prior to my booking June 2022. $420/night! This is a residence, not a resort. It feels very sterile and cold. Luckily I was able to get out of the rest of our stay after a few somewhat intense conversations with the staff. Luckily one of the receptionists seemed to understand our issue/disappointment/confusion and spoke to the owner about cancelling the rest of our stay. There is really no nightlife or tourist type shops anywhere. The restaurant in the Marina parking lot was actually very good! Breakfast in the morning was very good as well. We went back to Nice.

All is perfect

I spent 2 weeks at this hotel in conjunction with the 420 World championship regatta. The room was excellent - large, wonderful view of the sea, nice balcony to relax. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of options: fruit, eggs, meat, pastries. The staff was very helpful and always polite. Parking was free and very close by. And the bar area at the beach was nice.

We're paying premium money for a 4-star hotel, just to learn that they only clean the apartment on arrival. If you want extra cleaning, then you pay extra. This is definitely not the service I would expect from a 4-star hotel! If you have any chance of staying at another place, please do so!

I habe been here for 10 days with my family.I tried to have breakfast one morning in on the terrase downstairs and the services were horrible.One waitress with a tattoo on the neck was so rude, she almost crashed the plates on my table, she was having such bad temper, and then, to lunch, she had the same bad attitude, another customers were angry on her and kept complaining.After that, i didn't had breaksfast anymore there and looked to other places to eat, even though it was hard with 2 small kids. At dinner, we ordered and waited for 1h30 for somebody to call on us to pick it up and bring it to the room. And i can continue..Services in the restaurant are the worst i have ever experienced.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per potere fruire della pista ciclopedonale adiacente. Posizionato a metà circuito é possibile scegliere che percorso fare, o verso imperia o verso San remo. Posizione tranquilla, avevamo riservato una camera economi e ci hanno dato una camera vista mare.... Consiglio vivamente questo.hotel come base per il percorso ciclabile, hanno anche un locale chiuso dove si possono parcheggiare le biciclette, fornito di ricarica ed attrezzi per riparazioni.

Per le vacanze o brevi soggiorni il posto è tranquillo, un pò carente di ospitalità e servizi, purtroppo però, anche se apparentemente un bel residence verdeggiante, quando ci si soggiorna spesso ci si accorge di diverse situazioni critiche: A causa di una gestione mista, pubblica/privata la raccolta della plastica avviene in cassonetti all'interno di apposite aree comodissime, in area "vips", :-) ma nelle restanti aree viene gestita con i sacchi... che sono spesso oggetto di "vandalismo/gioco" da parte dei gabbiani. - quando piove: le caditoie sono inefficienti - il piazzale principale e la strada che lo attraversa, si allagano facendo finire le auto dentro una palude, soprattutto a causa, spesso, della mancata immediata segnalazione del pericolo - All'interno di alcune strutture "addirittura" ci sono dei cartelli che segnalano il pericolo di scivolamento per pioggia, che fino a che non ho visto piovere dai soffitti non capivo a che cosa servissero.... stessa cosa su una buona parte del soffitto del porticato al piano terra vicino alla lavanderia - Una delle rampe di accesso alle residenze, usate per uscire quando la sopradescritta "palude" non lo consente, non credo sia di facile utilizzo anche per le auto sportive in quanto il paraurti ne può risentirne - accesso all'intero residence poco protetto da mareggiate - infine, ,piccolo inconveniente, sempre in caso di pioggia, il posizionamento della macchina di distribuzione dei biglietti della sbarra di uscita che resta completamente esposta alle intemperie Si spera che provvedano a risolvere seriamente i parecchi problemi senza rimandi.

Leggendo alcune recensioni un pò così...mi sono reso conto che spesso sono poco indicative e a volte in malafede. Dico questo perchè ho trascorso 4 notti in questo hotel residence ad Aregai marina in modo splendido, camere pulitissime ambiente curatissimo personale attento e molto disponibile colazione ottima c'è di tutto e molto curata. L'hotel si trova in una bellissima posizione un pò defilata ma riservata e tranquilla con un grandissimo e comodissimo parcheggio gratuito davanti alla struttura e al porto turistico di Aregai marina con annesso un bel bar con tavolini di fronte al mare e alle imbarcazioni. La camera che ci hanno assegnato era una ampia suite con un terrazzo molto grande anche se noi avevamo prenotato una economic.
