Clean rooms and good value but the hotel is a bit worn. The fitness centre was disappointing.

酒店十分乾淨，設施也不錯，憑窗遠眺，遠山逶迤，清晨和傍晚，都有令人賞心悦目的景色。樓下大堂的咖啡和簡餐，尤其是現炸薯條，以啤酒調味兒，十分香脆可口，連續點了幾次，最後店家小哥送了一大盤，説吃不完可以帶回房間慢慢吃。難忘的北方小城。

We were here for two days, just on a family trip, and we were so happy with everything. The people at the desk were so friendly, our room was great, and all the service was first class. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very nice; clean, modern and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking lot across the street and a few other areas around the hotel are not as finished or clean.

This is our usual hotel when we visit Prince George, however it has been some time since we stayed last. The tv in our room was in a state of disrepair, with the colour being off. The foldable hair dryer no longer stayed open during use and had to be held open while using, which can pinch your fingers if you're not careful. The shower head was angled too much towards the shower curtain so it caused water to spray out onto the floor outside of the tub. Minor inconveniences but they were enough to leave us feeling a bit annoyed.
