This was emergency prolonged stay due to numerous storm related power outages in area. We were one of many in this situation.
Staff was good,.. mgmnt not so much..seemed many young Indian staff in training had trouble with systems & protocols..

The room was nice and clean no complaints. We had a view of the pool but it was closed. The surrounding area looks regular nothing spectacular, public transportation right in front. Restaurant on site and parking.

We booked on short notice due to an extended power outage and need for warmth and electricity. We were pleasantly surprised to find a room after our first booking was oversold and cancelled, then arriving to a nice lobby, very friendly and helpful staff, and a clean and comfortable room in downtown for under $100.
